Came to DUM for our honeymoon, our second time here.  We had an amazing experience again, the setting in the jungle is just so unique.  Food was on another level this time, can definitely see how they earned their Michelin recommendation.  A nice touch was bringing out sparklers for our honeymoon with the dessert course at the end of the meal!  We did the 7 course tasting and every dish was amazing.  DUM was able to get me to enjoy lamb, which I normally do not like at all.  We brought our own wine and corkage was 500 pesos.  Hope to be back soon!

If you want to indulge in a unique blend of Mexican, Mediterranean and French infused cuisine, highly recommend Dum.

I visited for dinner and while I didn’t really tour the grounds, what I saw is a natural and even romantic outdoor environment free from noise and bugs.

The food was excellent. I tried the duck jn white mole and it was exceptional. The vegetable aguachile was unique, not too spicy and flavorful.

The elote dessert was sweet and had tastes of chocolate, maiz, vanilla and much more.

Pricey but worth the splurge if you’re in the area.

Lovely restaurant at the end of a dirt road, very fresh ingredients & creative dishes made this a delightful experience! 7 courses with wine pairings, very friendly staff, lovely table in a secluded setting, a Michelin recommended restaurant.

This is a wow place in Todo Santos, MX. Over the top 5/5 experience.

Ambiance is perfection. Nestled below numerous palm trees, the restaurant is very natural in the presentation. The tables are even wood from tree trunks and most tables have their own private deck or area. You aren't right next to the next guests, so it's very peaceful and quiet. The idea is that you and your guests have rented a private venue and can focus on each other and great food in nature.

The staff was incredibly attentive and they served the courses perfectly for how we ate. We had a short amount of time from when they cleared one plate to bringing the next course to allow us to enjoy our conversation and the food. We were there 1.5 hours, but skipped the pre meal cocktail and post meal digestive/coffee. They took their time to explain the dishes and the presentation was of course perfection. We had a waitress and her "helper" who was also there to bring the plates and explain them.

Menu: We very much enjoyed the 5 course meal. The 7 course adds the second appetizer (instead of choosing just one) and adds the second dessert. We thought the 5 was plenty for how hungry we were. Of course, we had the bonus appetizer, homemade bread and bonus dessert (yum). You can see my photo of the menu (though I'm sure this chef will change it often), everything was honestly delightful.
The rabbit with mole paired with truffle and foie gras was quite a combination.
The chef is French so he brings many of his wines/styles to the Mexican food - unique and wonderful combination. You do need a car or hire a driver to get to the property because it's on a dirt road, but I promise it's worth getting off the beaten path.

5 course was around $95 USD and the wine pairing is 800/1200 for 3/5 pairings. We opted for a glass and a cocktail as we were driving.

Great Garden Location . Small menu but excellent quality and taste. Very nice and helpful staff . For special days
