Such a fun, extensive selection of hotpot ingredients… lots of items you don’t typically see, including their seafood variety which I really enjoyed trying. Everything tasted and appeared very fresh, the food station especially was very well maintained. The pay per weight concept is nice since everything is one set price so you can take advantage and grab the good quality stuff without holding back. Overall, delicious bowls and soup.

Four weeks in and the team is nailing it. Food is on point with a wide selection and quality items to choose from. When seafood selection includes crab legs, escargot, to squid, you know they’re not throwing the cheapest food selection on display. The soup was well made and consisted of well seasoned differing bone broths, a little on the lighter side but their dipping sauce selection balanced out the taste profile. Service was beyond expectations as they were attentive but not intrusive, extremely proactive, and polite. The décor was very comfortable and classy paired with the golden utensils. Price is very reasonable if not a steal! Each pot averaged $20-50 depending on how much you got. Would definitely come again and great for families with young children, date night, and especially students. Highly recommend!

Been here twice now for their tomato soup and I’m excited to go back!! Love the variety of what you can fill your bowl with and the price. The free ice cream is great too. Despite the casual vibe the service is still attentive.

I was in the area so I figured I should try this place since it was on my list! I went on a Friday evening so there was a line and bit of a wait time. However, while waiting in line, the hostess offered us little sample cups of aloe drink so that was nice (I didn't get her name)! I was then seated to my table and was given great service by Russell! Overall, the place is a bit on the smaller size, but that's to be expected with downtown. It can be crowded during busy hours, but I enjoyed the food and service I received - they even offer aprons so you dont stain your clothes and of course ice cream at the end! I will be bringing my friends and coming back!

Went here on a Wednesday night , and it was super busy. You will have to wait if you plan on coming around dinner time. Food was good and pretty straightforward. The free ice cream at the end was nice. My noodles were overcooked but it may just be a one off , over all not bad.
