One of the best strawberry matchas I’ve had in a while. The strawberry syrup is a little hard to stir in but it tastes delicious. Nice place to hang out and get some work done. The staff bring you your drink after you go up and pay and they warm up the pastries which is a nice touch.

The only downside is if you’re sitting at the tables with benches, it’s very hard to reach the outlet because you need to basically crawl on the floor to reach the wall under the bench seats. And the bench seats sit much lower to the ground than the chairs do, depending on your stature may or may not be uncomfortable to reach the table. Nonetheless a pleasant experience (just sit at the chairs)

The drinks here are creative and magical. Ube iced latte was fabulous. Nitro oat honey cold brew was so delicious. They have strawberry matcha, tea lattes, coffees, mimosas, and more. Super impressive mixology! The warm drinks come in a lavender mug which is a huge vibe plus.

The interior has many tables and couches. Wifi, outlets, laptop-friendly, good lighting. Also great conversation spot! Ie good for working & good for catching up with a friend.

They have a few baked goods. If you come, try one of their specialty drinks or grab a hot cappuccino!

Lowkey one of the best cafe experiences of my life. Sarah the barista was KILLER. She offered us a little sample of the nitro honey oat latte and it was GAS. Like a really delicious coffee.
The ube latte was pretty good, but I’d recommend the nitro honey oat, which they can also do decaf!!
So much space to sit, good place to do work with a laptop or catch up with friends/chat.

I usually dislike everything about cafes similar to 10Dean, but I was in the area and needed a place to have a work call so I went in and was extremely pleasantly surprised. It was quiet and spaceous and had lots of different comfy seating arrangements perfect to work. The staff there was so amazing. I stayed all day working there and Cleo (pronounced CLEOWR) recommended I tried strawberry matcha for the first time which was so cute , big and very reasonably priced! Sara the manager would come around every now and then and would ask if we enjoyed our drinks … overall a space that is absolutely great if you work remote and want a balance of focus, quiet and great drinks and snacks 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 starbucks could never.

10 DEAN is a very relaxing cafe, serving various drink options of hot/iced coffees, teas, lattes and cocktails. The chai and cookie latte were incredible! For food, we tried the empanadas and baked items, which all tasted very fresh!

Highly recommend checking this comfortable cafe out, whether for a place to study/work, or just relax and chat over a few drinks!
