Michelin hits once again, and at a pretty cheap price point this time. Came here with the girlfriend and went for the chicken sandwich and smoked beef sandwich, neither disappointed, though I recommend the smoked beef over the chicken. The meat in both was well seasoned and well cooked. The pastrami was extremely tender and flavourful. A must try if ever in the area. Will come again to try their poutine and pickles!

Unusual spot for this small deli serving hand cut smoked meat on rye bread along with some yellow mustard. Meat is very tender here and it melts in your mouth. I had the smoked meat sandwich at Schwartz's in Montreal but I actually like it here more as the meat is less dry and there are no crazy long line ups. We ordered a smoked meat sandwich and a smoked meat poutine. I prefer the former  classic sandwich. We also shared a Cott black cherry soda. I have actually never seen this soda at a grocery store before and it was not bad. I've passed by SumiLicious Smoked Meat & Deli numerous times but never actually went inside or paid much attention to it. We decided to try it out since we were in the area and heard many good things about it. Nice and informative decor hung around the walls inside the deli. The sandwich was as expected. Simple but tasty. Portions are on the smaller side but it was filling enough for me.

We have had the smoked meat sandwiches from Sumilicious so many times and every time it just tastes amazing. The meat is so good. But the people/staff here, they’re even better. So pleasant and nice to the customers. You really feel like coming back for all the right reasons. I’m not at all surprised that they are on Michelin back to back.

I just wish they were open for longer or for dinner so that it can be more practical for people like us who stay little far.

We ordered the smoked meat platter and a poutine and loved both of them. The quality and flavor of the meat are amazing. Highly recommended if you are looking for smoked meat in Toronto.

3.5 stars overall. The smoked meat sandwich is great. The poutine is just average in the end.

Definitely make sure you get the sandwich if you're coming all the way from downtown's by transit. It's one hell of a trek across the city.
