Just returned from our week long stay here and our third time in 14 months with our two year old and my parents in tow. Clearly we enjoy going there! Grounds and amenities are all immaculate. So many things to do. Great location for easy access to restaurants - we also used other vendors to do a day snorkeling trip jet skiing who picked us up right at the beach.

Docking off one star due to noise. This was our first resort view room. The first day we were there, there was loud construction below us so my toddler could not nap. Luckily, the staff was very understanding and we were moved to another wing but we then faced the Al Fresco bar which has music Thursday- Saturday til 10pm though my daughter went to bed at 7:30 pm. There were so many families with young kids there I was surprised they offer this as there was usually a very small group of people at the bar (avg 6 people). Overall would have loved a more peaceful stay here. The adult only pool is completely quiet and rooms facing that pool/ ocean view are quiet all day, but would have loved that type of atmosphere at the kids pool.

So we paid 3K for 4 nights(this included flights as well) so in average $750 per day for travel and hotel. I have traveled around the world and my expectations was quite high for such a price. When i got there the first thing that throw me off was the room.

-Very simple room and the tub sink was broken.
-80% of umbrellas you have to reserve and pay for and 20% what they call “complementary”  Seriously for your own guests, your charging them to enjoy the beach ?! Even at the pool you have to reserve and pay.
-every time you buy any food or drinks, they automatically charge you 15% service fee plus when they give you the check, they have a tip section where the expectation is to give additional tip.
-virgin drinks range from 6 to 10 bucks for small cup. Anything else expect 15 bucks.
-pool is nice.
-food is great quality i have to say. For chicken tender is about 18 bucks plus tips.
-beach is nice
-location of hotel is very convenient and there is a lot of places to go outside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas.
-Service is great

My overall rating will be 3 stars due to cost of food, drinks, & cost for umbrellas.

We went to visit this hotel and had lunch! The food was outstanding. Their drinks (ask for an ice tea with pomegranate and peach syrup topped with berries -one of the best drinks I've ever had and not on the menu). The grounds are fabulous. It's not all inclusive, but imho, worth it and the money you would save allows you to try local restaurants). Simply fabulous. I'll find my photos and post shortly. If traveling with your family, this is a great place to stay. I didn't see the rooms, but online looks great and their grounds are a 10/10!

Check-in was easy. People are extremely friendly. Grounds are gorgeous and very clean. There are lots of sets of stairs, so a good workout to walk around. The rooms are average not special. The food is good.

The staff here treated us like family the entire time. The management team from the front desk, beach and pool side service management and staff it was absolutely incredible. My wife and I had the most amazing anniversary and booked our return trip the day we got back! This is a must visit magical place! Great for families and couples!
