Salim and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic and made our stay! We were made to feel extremely welcome and are already looking at booking our next stay! Breakfast was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. The room was clean and had a unique modern design. The hotel had an extremely calm vibe, everywhere you went you felt comfortable and relaxed. The spa was lovely, and so relaxing. They have different flavoured waters for you daily. The hotel was an all round 5 star experience for us, we have stayed in many other 5 star hotels but the hospitality especially stood out to us with this one. Just like to say thank you staff members for giving me and my little girl a wonderful experience. Being kind and helping to someone can make a huge difference because you don’t know what a person going through. Because all staff members kindness they made mine and my little girl experience memorable and wonderful. Thank you for booking the pool sessions for my daughter even though it was fully booked. The bedroom, breakfast, pool it was amazing.

From check in, to bar staff, spa staff, sleep, and check out... Was a completely flawless hotel experience. The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Lovely bedding and bedroom amenities such as espresso machine was part of our experience. Speaking of the gym alone, definitely the BEST hotel gym I have ever seen. The spa was relaxing with steam room, dry sauna, hot tub, and pool. If you're in Manchester for work or pleasure... I give this property two thumbs up.

Very nice place in Manchester with a BUT. Food for me is essential. And when it comes to food, unfortunately this hotel is like any other. The breakfast comes at a fairly high price (29£) in a nice location, whereas it’s not different from any other and more basic hotel. I’ve had breakfast twice, once in the room, once in the restaurant. Both times I wasn’t impressed at all for the price paid. Service is very friendly and supportive though which I think is worth mentioning as well. As it is the case in most hotels nowadays, no option to get fresh air into the rooms which is always a downer for me. The bath tub lost water in my case. Table in the room was a bit wobbly. I’ve paid around 400£ for two nights which I think - according to my experience overall - is somewhat around 60-80£ too much.

Tried moving my booking to a later date due to my girlfriend being rushed into hospital with absolutely no understanding from staff. Was told I will just have to come myself then. Really embarrassing company and extremely unprofessional. They are clearly in the business to rinse as much money out of it as they can, £120+ a night for the quality of the rooms is a joke before you add on the fact the staff are incredibly unhelpful and rude
