Flawless.

The staff are all incredible in every way - attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful when explaining dishes and catering for some dietary requirements.

The food is outstanding, we don’t often go to Michelin star restaurants and didn’t know what to expect. The food was exquisite and every mouthful added to the experience.

Dining here is definitely worth it, the experience is brilliant.

It was also cool to see Alex Dilling as we’ve  only ever watched him on occasional Masterchef episodes! He even came out to say hello and talk us through our deserts.

Honestly the easiest 5 stars I have ever given. Thanks to everyone involved

Unexpected and exceptional.

As someone who eats out almost everyday in London, Alex Dilling is a restaurant id hope everyone gets to experience atleast once. The food was exceptional with a good waiting time, beautifully plated, not to mention the taste and detail that went into every course.

However, the service is what made the night incredible as the intention of my friend and I’s visit to this restaurant was for a birthday. Our servers; Guiseppe, Frank and Ruben made sure we enjoyed every meal, carefully explained to us what every course was serving but their humour and personality really made us comfortable and one of the best birthdays we could’ve had. They were attentive, likeable and very charismatic.

Overall, this has been the most pleasant and fulfilling fine dining experience I’ve ever had in London.

Me and my family went for my birthday lunch, the whole experience was unbelievable. The service was so attentive, looked after us perfectly.

The food, wow, speechless, every single dish complemented each other. Beautifully presented and matched with incredible flavours.

Highly recommend to everyone that is looking for an unforgettable experience!

A deeply underwhelming experience. The waiting staff were lovely, but the food was incredibly average. I don’t understand how the restaurant was awarded two stars. The menu was overrun with fish. The dishes looked beautiful, but the taste was often too salty or overpowered by a particular flavour.

The atmosphere was totally ruined by a thudding bass coming from an event in the hotel above.

Almost every course was served with a sauce spooned over it from a mini saucepan. The sole texture in almost every course was gelatinous or puréed. It felt like eating baby food as there was no crunch to anything. We didn’t eat quite a few of the courses which I have never done before in a restaurant.

They very kindly sent us a complimentary course of caviar and ice cream, but after five courses of fish this was the last thing we wanted to eat. It was almost £700 for dinner for two. I wish I’d spent the money elsewhere.

The best dining experience I’ve ever had. The service was flawless and the food was excellent. It was our anniversary so all the staff signed a card and handed it to us in the end, it was a very kind gesture.
