It's a good restaurant, but it doesn't live in the hype. Everyone just needs to calm down 😅 We loved the perfectly cooked, succulent lamb and beef. These are the stars of the show. But the hummus felt a little unbalanced, and the dessert list was disappointing. The creme caramel we had had strange bitterness chemical taste to it (cardamom or saffron), which was slightly off. Finally, the meal doesn't quite present great value for money for what it is. Unsure if Berenjak tries to sell itself as fine dining, but with the rough edges, it doesn't quite get there. Service was prompt and attentive, but still doesn't merit 13.5% service charge "discretion."

Amazing restaurant, amazing food and amazing people working there!
I will definitely be back 🤍 we were 2 having both the set lunch menu, the portions are big, the meat was tender and the veggies were really tasty, amazing flavors! The lady serving us was lovely. Everything was just great! Thank you! :)

I had a fantastic experience at Berenjak! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the service was attentive and friendly. A special thanks to Alice for her exceptional hospitality! she really made our visit special❤️ I can’t wait to return and try more from their menu! Highly recommend!

Dinner for 8 at the Borough restaurant, Townhouse Feast Menu, every dish was incredible. Perfect group dining food, no awkward splitting of dishes, the only real sharing dish was the bread which we had plenty of. The service on the day could have been better, main gripe was that we needed to pay a deposit in order to secure the table, I was told I could get this refunded rather than it being deducted from the bill however it wasn't initially refunded and only after chasing the restaurant for it did I get it back, 5 days after we visited the restaurant. The kebabs were so good that it's a 4 star rating, would be 5 stars had it not been for the deposit drama.

Berenjak is a small Iranian restaurant with very nice food and big portions. The main course was absolutely delicious, but starters were just Okay, and i wasn’t a fan of their bread. Still its worth a visit for the flavorful kebab and chicken .
