The food is incredible, paired with outstanding service and impressively fast delivery. It’s clear that the chef pours their heart and soul into every dish, creating a truly memorable dining experience.
The ambiance is warm and family-friendly, with a cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for the holiday season, especially with their incredible Christmas decorations. I can’t wait to visit again!

Wow …. A fantastic experience.

My workplace had an event here, I travelled 3 hours and I was certainly very happy I made it.

What a fabulous venue and location.  I was very impressed with the atmosphere and fine details everywhere!

The drinks were lovely, wine was great and the Scottish lager was very nice.

Now for the best part, the food was superb ! Amazing flavours and great combination across the 3 courses.

The people were more than friendly, it was a tremendous evening.

Would I recommend this restaurant, 200% yes.

Had an ok meal on the night of our 40th wedding anniversary. The welcome was warm (once we had sorted out we weren’t in the event upstairs and had actually booked to have dinner), and the service was attentive (bordering on rushed). The starters were fantastic which gave us great expectations for our mains. However, they brought the wrong side dish for my wife, no serving spoon for mine, my wife’s meal was a bit overcooked (but still ok) but my halibut on the bone had numerous small bones which I wasn’t warned of. In fairness the staff were very apologetic and didn’t charge for the sides, which was nice of them and not something we asked for), and the overall ambience was great, just a bit disappointing in comparison with when I had eaten there previously. i would go back again but would ask more questions about the menu options.

A Miserable Experience for a Special Occasion

If you’re celebrating a special occasion, do not choose this restaurant. While the food was undeniably excellent, the service turned what should have been an enjoyable evening into a stressful, rushed ordeal that left a sour taste in our mouths.

We called ahead to notify the restaurant that we would be 10 minutes late due to traffic. Despite this courtesy, we were repeatedly reminded—both when we arrived and again while ordering—that we were on a “tight timeline.” This created an unnecessary sense of urgency during what should have been a leisurely two-hour reservation. To add insult to injury, we still left well within the allotted time, yet the constant pressure was exhausting.

The environment didn’t help either. Where we were seated was uncomfortably cold, which I mentioned to the staff several times, but nothing was done to address it.

The real slap in the face came when I noticed that the table next to us, who arrived after us and were not celebrating a special occasion, were presented with a complimentary birthday sorbet. This was particularly galling because I had specifically noted on our reservation that this was a special birthday dinner. When I politely raised this with the staff, their dismissive response was, “I know it’s your birthday, but we’re very busy tonight.” A truly appalling way to treat paying customers, let alone someone celebrating a milestone.

We paid an eye-watering bill along with the service charge, but this was an experience I wouldn’t repeat for free. Great food is meaningless when the service is this horrendous.

Avoid this place if you value being treated with basic respect, especially on a special day.

Absolutely one of the best meals we had in London. Sophisticated atmosphere, every aspect was top notch. We had burrata to start, 34 hamburger and steak. Everything was absolutely delightful.
