Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Breakfasts are plentiful with a choice of either continental or traditional, but both are great. We stayed for 3 nights as part of a  wedding party, our only disappointment was Sunday evening 29/11/24, we went down to the lounge at 6pm to read the papers and have a bottle of wine, only to be told that the bar was closed! We were told today that this was incorrect, as we were residents, and shouldn't have happened, but other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Stayed twice since Nov24. Amazing both times. Personal and excellent service. Proper Italian espresso in the lobby. Simple yet amazing breakfast. The manager Mr Anas goes beyond the normal to make you feel at home. Thank you.

Just went for a cocktail. The experience was terrible. Walked in the bartender came over and sat us since there was no other staff on the floor at that point. He sat us at a dirty table first and then proceeded to clean it but didn’t notice that put candle was out. The food we ordered was fine but they didn’t preset for it. One cocktail was okay but the other looked terrible and tasted completely unbalanced. I didn’t want to drink it so I ordered something else to give them another chance. It looked very slightly better but was also unpalatable. In the meantime non of the staff noticed that I hadn’t had my first drink or my second by the time we asked to pay. They also all looked terrible wrinkled clothes and dirty shoes and half of them were outside vaping half the time. I asked for the service change to be taken off but honestly can’t believe I spent any money here, such a scam. One star is for the food, two is for the attempt at drinks but honestly no one should spend any time here so many superior places.

Omg! Love this place!! The staff is soooooo helpful. We were helped out by Mariam, who gave us tips about local shopping and places to dine. The tea room is superb- absolutely divine. We had cappuccinos and traditional tea service. There was also a small wedding party group taking photos before they headed off for their big day. The rooms are welcoming and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel recently popped up as a social media advertisement for me , which reminded me to share my experience.

The hotel is a SCAM !!!!!!

I had booked the hotel for around £500 a night which isn’t cheap and a theatre show for my wife’s birthday , sadly we contracted condone and based on still government instruction at the time you where still permitted to socially distance , I contacted the hotel within a day of making the booking to explain , which was a goverment instruction , the hotel did not care and basically said all money would be lost and non refundable should we not stay.

Make that make sense

I booked the hotel as my now wife and I enjoyed our 3rd date at the bar of this small town house which was fun , the service and experience relating to the hotel was nothing but terrible till todays date I’m owed over £500 we never stayed at the property and they essential stole from us

Avoid it !

I’ll be sure to update my experience across all platforms now iv been reminded of the worst customer experience I have had across the city , my wife and I frequently stay at various London hotels and often return to many a few times a year if our favourites , safe to say we have never returned even to the bar here !!!
