This is the nicest place I've ever stayed, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing.
The staff at check in were friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
The spa was so peaceful and relaxing.
The premium dome was unbelievable, nicer than any hotels I've stayed in.
Breakfast and dinner (both vegan) were delicious.
They really have thought of everything, I can't wait to go back.

We went there for a different type of break. We stayed in a premium bubble dome which was fantastic. The domes are very secluded. Temperature inside the domes is adjustable, furniture and bed were very comfortable, domes were well equipped - shower, bath, fridge, espresso maker, snacks. Elements trail was lovely especially flotation pond. Dinner at the barn was very good. They bay bar and sitting area is really well setup. For residents the Finnish sauna/hot tubs are free for about an hour a day. Thoroughly enjoyable stay

We stayed here at the weekend and it was the most fabulous experience! We stayed in a bubble dome which was wonderful and different. The place is so unbelievably calming and peaceful and when I say the staff are just wonderful, I mean it!

The breakfast was delivered to our door and was delicious and also lovely and hot!

It is definitely very much aimed at a nice romantic getaway for couples and really is a lovely way to switch off from the world and relax!

The only things I would give as suggestions:

- Give a key to lock the dome door
- Allow for longer sessions around the spa trail because it was SENSATIONAL. The Prosecco in the hot tub was a lovely touch!
- Totally understand wanting to keep the space as natural as possible but better pathways around the spa trail would be good as it was a little painful walking on the stones with the wet shoes.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Finn Lough recently for one night, and I wanted to take a moment to share our gratitude and highlight the truly magical experience we had.

From the seamless online booking process to the thoughtfully curated activities, treat boxes, and beverages available upon arrival, every detail exceeded our expectations.

A special thank you to the receptionist I spoke with a month before our visit. I had made a mistake with my booking, and not only was it resolved with kindness, but they also helped plan our itinerary to ensure we could enjoy all the activities we hoped to experience—even before the late afternoon check-in time.

Our day began at 12:30 pm with a tranquil two-hour journey through the enchanting Elements Trail Spa. The forested path, combined with a glass of complimentary Prosecco in the jacuzzi, set the perfect tone for the day.

Next, we were escorted to our stunning Dome, where the bespoke treats I had pre-arranged were beautifully laid out, adding an extra special touch to our arrival. After settling in, we attended the whiskey tasting at 5 pm with Dobri at the Bar. Dobri’s passion and charisma made the experience unforgettable, and his enthusiasm for the “uisce beatha” was infectious!

Dinner that evening was nothing short of extraordinary—the flavors were among the best we’ve ever had. We ended the night in the Theatre Room, watching Dead Poets Society with cocktails and popcorn, a perfect way to wind down a day full of joy and celebration.

This trip was particularly special as we were celebrating both our birthdays and our engagement, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. Every staff member we encountered, and the breathtaking surroundings, made the occasion unforgettable.

We cannot recommend Finn Lough highly enough and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you for creating such an incredible experience!

One of a kind experience with amazing service in all areas of the complex (reception, hotel, spa, bar, dinner, amazing yoga teacher!). Everything was top of the class and thought through to the single little detail (just wait for the breakfast delivery to your room), which elevated already amazing surroundings. Definitely recommend the Elements Trail Spa experience for those who enjoy saunas in tranquility surrounded by nature. And when I had forgotten an item the staff replaced it and shipped it to me at no cost. Thank you for this blissful few nights, we'll be back!
