Perfect in every way! We had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect. The rooms were spacious, and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. What really stood out were the thoughtful gestures and the personalized notes that made the stay feel special.

An exceptional hotel with exceptional staff! This is a common theme amongst previous reviews, and speaks volumes for how consistently good the hotel and its staff are.

We were met with a warm welcome after  long trip, with the reception team providing details about the hotel as well as recommendations of local sights and activities.

The amenities were fabulous, ranging from the beautiful pool area with far-reaching views of the mountains, and the sauna area with multiple options to choose from. We enjoyed a very relaxing afternoon in the spa, which we mostly had to ourselves until around 6pm.

We dined in the restaurant for dinner and were again delighted with our experience, served by friendly and attentive staff, with a special mention for Marina and Sebastian who were wonderful. Breakfast options included a menu from which we were able to order a range of dishes, whilst there is also a self-serve set up with many cold/pastry items to choose from. The food was always delicious, credit to the kitchen!

Engelberg itself is a quiet town high up from the valley, with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is easily walkable for those wanting to explore locally and the reception team can provide tickets to the Titlis gondola so you can skip the queues on arrival.

Overall we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Kempinski Palace Engelberg.

My stay at the was absolutely unforgettable. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until my departure. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature. The hotel's facilities were very comfortable and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of all guests.

I would like to give a special thanks to Roland for his professionalism and dedication to providing outstanding service. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone."

The Kempinski Palace Resort in Engelberg is, without a doubt, the most beautiful hotel in the Swiss Alps. From the moment you arrive, you're enveloped in total luxury. The accommodations are exquisite, combining elegance and comfort seamlessly.

One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding food, particularly the best breakfast. Each meal was amazing.
The service at Kempinski Palace Resort is exceptional. The front desk staff, room service, and especially the spa team, were all incredibly professional and attentive. They made my stay unforgettable.

It truly is the best spot in Switzerland for luxury, relaxation, and breathtaking views.

In Switzerland, Engelberg, one of the hotels with the nicest views. Kempenski group has always uphold their great standards and always situated at iconic locations. From pictures, it speaks by itself. The interiors are very well done as usual to other kempenski hotels. Breakfast at the hotel was fabulous as well. What i enjoyed most was the breathtaking view from my rooms balcony. My colleagues and myself had a good time just chilling at the balcony with wine. And also it is perfectly situated near the train station and also a short walk to the cable car up Mount Titlus. Swimming pool were indoors and also had mountainous views. I would come back here if i visited Engelberg again.
