Highly recommend this 5-star hotel located in the heart of central Geneva.  Old world style decor, well maintained and clean.  Elegant seating areas. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, luxurious beds and bathrooms.  Fully serviced daily.  Staff is very friendly and professional.  It is located close to many restaurants and local attractions.

We had an amazing stay there last week. Every member of the staff that we’ve met was friendly and efficient. The room was big and even though the decor of the hotel wasn’t our style we enjoyed a lot or stay and would stay there again.

Location is excellent. Rooms haven't been renovated for a while. Shower was clogged. Staff was fine. Didn't try the breakfast. Overpriced.

Exactly what we needed after a very early flight with lots of luggage! The rooms are beautiful and a standard room has luxurious fittings and space. We had a an interconnecting room for the family and they made such an effort for the kids to feel comfortable and special. Breakfast was superb. Location perfect to hit the shops/see the lake. Thank you.
