Absolutely beautiful place! A hidden gem in Gothenburg. They are vegetarian friendly and the staff are so welcoming and put a smile on your face. I loved the food I was served here, and so did my partner and friend. I would love to come here again if I'm ever this way in the future

Dear lord, I’ve never had a nicer meal IN MY LIFE! I’ve been to 14 countries and Takame is the best. Not kidding.

The A5 Wagyu was my first time trying A5 and Jesus it melts and the Udon Noodles were stunning.

Got to shout the manager Alex, from another Alex here, as THE best manager and server I’ve EVER had. Please leave a tip if you visit. Absolutely 11/10. 🔥🤤

Takame is your typical modern Asian place in the city. Nice interior, a mix of sushi and Korean cuisine, and overall just soulless. A digital ordering system awaits you, obviously with no comment field to adapt to allergenes, water is coming at a cost of 10 SEK for the piece of lemon, and overall very high prices for the food they serve. It is generally done to a high enough standard, but considering it is an unpersonal experience with long waiting times (even if the place was almost empty) and the vegan options are basically just taking away ingredients by charging the same price, you wonder why you should come here. It’s alright, but plenty of better places around.

Bang chicken is must try for spice lovers. Sushi were all top notch, especially fried one.
They also have alcoholic drinks like yuzu, soju, sakura cocktail
Bar is available

However i felt atmosphere is bit dull due to lights. They charge for water or ice water. Its great place for get together

Service was excellent and waiting time was less. Smart move for ordering in QR code.

I recommend to do reservation. It’s super busy restaurant.

This little gem offers great sushi. Their combinations are unique, creative and delicious.

We ordered several appetizers and their 30 piece entree. Every item arrived fresh and quickly.

The kimchi definitely deserves an award. The serving size is larger than offered at other Asian restaurants and I was thankful for that. Very well made!

This restaurant offers a romantic atmosphere and is great for a night out.

It’s unfortunate that we are not locals to Sweden because my culinary experience in Sweden has been an amazing experience.

This place fits right in and offers great tasting fresh sushi options. The price is just right. Great tasting food at great prices. We loved it
