If we could give them a higher review we would. We booked in the upper house. Before seeing our room they upgraded us to perhaps the best room in the whole place. We were on our honeymoon in December 2023! The room was absolutely incredible. The spa service which comes with upper house reservations was absolutely wonderful. The next evening we stayed in the more common towers and the room was tidy with a view. Great service and would definitely come back if we visit Sweden again! Thank you for making our honeymoon extra special we will always remember our time staying with you!

Simply 10/10. It‘s perfect. Loved the room and the amazing view over the amusement park. It‘s right next to the tram station and the airport shuttle stops right next to the hotel as well. I 100% recommend that you visit the Spa (which is extra), where the views are even better. One issue I had was that my A/C didn‘t want to turn off, so it was quite chilly in the morning. I knew I was in Sweden but I don‘t need the Swedish temperatures in my room (😉).

Sadly, I won't recommend this hotel. The staff is nice when you talk with them, but their body language when you aren't talking with them is rude and unwelcoming. The nicest staff they have are the waiters down in the lower floors bar. Sure, they don't know how to make drinks, but at least they are nice. So if you want drinks, you need to head to the top floors and pay more to get a drink.

7 elevators, and yet you need to wait between 15-30 minutes to get on 1 of them.

You need to pay extra to use the different higher floors unless you pay around 4 times more to get a top floor room.
If you are on the lower floors, you are met with a lot of noise

Very small room. A/C can only be adjusted -3 or +3 from what they set the temp too. Bring your own travel shampoo, conditioner and body soap, the stuff they offer is useless. Breakfast was great, 2-3 tram stops from the avenue is ok, but not great. Nice hotel, 50/50 I would stay here again.

Decided to book this hotel on a short notice for our visit to this city. The best thing about this hotel is, its proximity to Liseberg and there are good few choices of nice restaurants around.  The amenities provided in the room are basic for a 5 star hotel. It had no slippers, very basic toiletries (missing body lotions, vanity kits, dental care items) etc. Luckily, we had good stores around for buying the neccessary items. The breakfast room had high seating capacity however warm food & vegetarian options are limited.

It is a very busy hotel and feels very touristy. It provides good enough comfort for your short stay however does not give a feel of high end stay.
