When we arrived at the hotel, I paid for a parking space. If I had been told that my car had to be kept in a backyard outside, I would not have paid 600 Swedish kroner. We got a room next to the elevator, which we changed. The new room vik got, I found a pair of dirty underpants in the closet. So the room was not completely clean. We then got room no. 3, which was an old worn-out room. Too bad we were not compensated for having spent the first 2 hours changing rooms. Sad way to start the holiday. So we cannot recommend the hotel, they have no control over things unfortunately.

This hotel is outstanding. The service here is exceptional and the staff are very friendly and helpful.  The rooms are to a great standard and the facilities out rank others I’ve stayed at.  The spa is really good and the roof top pool is a treat, especially at sunset.  I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this very fine city.

There are pro and cons.
Pros: excellent location, beautiful hotel, fantastic lobby, fabulous restaurants.
Cons: Room services basically non reachable (we had to go across the street to get some take aways), room cleaning can go after 4PM (when you come back from a day of tourism and your room is not clean, its far from being great), front desk people, especillaly one of them, a lady, horrible (we almost missed our train because she was all confused about a restaurant invoice, and not understanding of the time crunch she was putting us in). Bad!

Great location, convenient for business trip as well as vacation. Building, entrance lobby is artistic.
Room was well equipped with basic amenities. Breakfast had lots of varieties and was tasty.
Many restaurants, shopping mall, bus, tram, central railway station are at walking distance.
Check in check out was quick and smooth.

The location is perfect. We rented a room for
4 people. The room was big enough. There was a large good bed and a sleeping couch. The couch was uncomfortable and noisy.

Breakfast was very good but you had to book a specific time slot in advance.

Parking was at a discounted rate.

The pool is 200 SEK extra for each person (normally that would be included). Even umbrellas are not available for free.
