A wonderful, relaxing atmosphere with actual quiet and mobile free zones enforced. A cooler pool in the middle of the spa is so refreshing as the room itself is kept very warm and guarantees maximum relaxation. Steam sauna, Finnish sauna and dry sauna, large jacuzzi and pristine changing rooms and showers makes this place my new spa favorite in town. Small, intimate and quiet.
They have a huge gym too, but it’s perfectly placed so that you don’t see it or hear it at the spa section.

The only negative I can find, is that the pedicure I got here was very much not up to the level I would expect for this kind of establishment. Not enough pampering, not enough of a luxury feel and massaging of the feet, the polish was not done well.. and no I don’t care if I get to keep the 60kr Mavala nail polish, I want proper scrubbing, filing, massaging and lotion and a hot towel for my feet!

Also, to the establishment itself: keep your Finnish sauna heater stacked to the brim with stones, (you’re asking for trouble if you can see the heating rods!) & replace the stones 2 times a year, and maybe the heater won’t break once a month and you’ll use less electricity to heat up the sauna and it will be more economical and environmentally friendly as well.

PS. Also, last minute addition: please clean up after customers a bit more frequently: there were wet towels and dirty glasses EVERYWHERE.

PPS. And yes, they allow kids in the early morning hours, 9-11 on weekdays and 8-10 on weekends. This is perfect if you want to take your little ones here for a visit to learn about a spa experience. For everyone else, avoid these hours. 😄

Lovely and quiet spa.
Could be a bit crowded on weekends.
Quite new facilities which I really enjoy.
The pool is not very big but you can totally swim in laps in there.
Sauna room, wet room, rain room, jacuzzi and meditation room are great for guests to rotate with.
The gym room is amazing with many new and modern machines (eg. Stair masters/rowing machines)
Free water/tea/fruit also.
Lockers are very modern and showers are nice with brand name shower products.
Totally recommend it! Please note that the spa is in the basement so it does not have windows/views. But that’s okay!

Dry sauna was out of order, but the steam room was awesome. Place was small, so you need to book your timeslot. Clean, calm and the treatment rooms were really nice.

Be aware that they have 48 hour cancellation policy which we were not told about during the time booking. We came just for 2 days and booked 1 day in advance, so it was no possibility to “cancel it 48 hours in advance”😅 women at the reception was “really nice” and “allowed me” to cancel it for this very time.
Will be sure never stay at this hotel or book overpriced spa any time in the future :)

Being a regular visitor four years back, I was really looking forward to my recent trip to the spa. However, I couldn't help but feel a bit let down. The duo massage was alright, but the place seemed way too crowded and lacked the cozy, luxurious vibe I remembered. It's like they've forgotten to keep up with maintenance. Finding a spot to relax was a struggle.
