This is supposed to be a restaurant that serves exclusively south Indian vegetarian food. This particular outlet also serves North Indian food. The food quality is very good and the value for money is decent if you are craving authentic Indian food. It is certainly authentic. Service is quick. The restaurant feels a bit tight as tables are set close to each other. This is not a place where people come to have a leisurely meal. There is space in the basement too. Tables and chairs are poor quality. Washroom is not clean and the door doesn't lock.

The meal was great. I love Indian food and I lived there for three years. The atmosphere and taste just brought me back to India.

Everything was extremely excellent.

On a side note, we ordered one bhatura and a dosa. When we asked the waitress if that would be enough for two big eaters, she assured us it would be, and we could order more afterward if needed. Although we could have definitely ordered another dish, we relied on her advice and ended up not doing so. Unfortunately, we had to leave and didn't have time to order anything else.

But again, everything was excellent and we’ll be back when in Stockholm.

Saravana Bhavana. This name is quite famous in South India. 1st time here. Tried bunch of their items like Parotha, Idli vada, Podi Masala Dosa, Tomato onion chilli uttappa, Kara Masala dosa as brunch for 2. Everything was delicious except Sambar. Coffee is must try. They have ample space for upto 30+ people at a time. Located right next to road. Wheelchair accessible except toilet. (Toilet is at -1, only narrow stairs)
Overall a great option for South Indian food lovers. They have some options for north indian and indo Chinese dishes

I ordered the Poori + Masala (99kr) for lunch and it was very delicious. It was fried really well so it was crisp and light. The food came within in 5-10 minutes just like they said and the workers were very polite. There was both a top level and a bottom level which was very pretty. There was also very nice music and it wasn't playing too loud. definitely recommend this place as it's vegetarian and vegan friendly with a wide range of dishes and a good price range from about 100kr-150kr if I remember correctly. I even got a 10% discount which I am very thankful for so I will definitely be coming here again with my friends and family!

The menu for dosas is extensive and each dish is well described. We had a takeaway of a starter and two dosas. We didn't need to wait long for our orders. Price wise, the dishes are average Stockholm restaurant prices.

I enjoyed the lentil donuts the most. The donuts were tasty and plump. The chutney and spicy sambar paired well with the donuts.

The mashed potatoes were flavourful but the dish was too spicy for me. The rice crepe became too hard and dry in the packaging but the parts that were still crispy were nice. I think would have been better eaten fresh instead of a takeaway.

This thin rice and lentil crepe stuffed with grated cheddar cheese, potatoes and onions was good and enjoyable.

This version was more milky to the taste. Prefer if it had more sourness and thicker with mango puree.

The interior of this restaurant brings some surprises. Entering at street level is what seems to be a relatively small and functional restaurant but I was surprised by the beautifully furnished seating area located in the basement with leather couches and ornaments.
