Great sandwich spot in Drottninggatan! Good flavor, solid size, quick service - nice eats!! One of the first Sammy spots we’ve enjoyed in Stockholm, excited to try another sammy soon.

Where tf to start. Went in to get an ice coffee. The girl working there couldn’t care less if I came or went. I then proceeded to ask if the coffee was “regular espresso” in which I mean ESPRESSO the way that Italians do it. Which is also the standard here in Stockholm. Grinding the damn beans upon order and using a milk frothing section to skim the damn milk. Her answer was a very tired “yeah, it’s a regular one”. I would argue to say that a coffee machine in which you press a button to get the coffee is not what one would consider a “regular espresso coffee machine”.

I might be wrong and over reacting but also, there’s a lot of coffee shops in Stockholm even close by. I would rather go to one of them, even a 7/11 which is 1 min walk up the road is better and cheaper. The service was just tired and she was bored. Which is ok but I felt like I bothered her break. The coffee tasted more towards the bitter side. Not bad but the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

If she would have told me that the coffee was made with the press of a button than maybe I would have gotten something else there and maybe that would have been a better experience.

Regardless, make up your own mind by going there. I now nothing about the food and don’t feel like supporting the place. 5 minutes of my life that made me tell all my coworkers about my experience and didn’t ruin my day but left me annoyed!

Well, that was the best sandwich I have eaten in a while, it was a Mortadela sandwich and it was the first time I tried that place.

The food, really generous with all the ingredients, great quality, fresh, well balanced.
Crispy and soft inside Schiacciata bread with a great salty point👌🏻
Lots of Mortadela, basil leaves, pistachio, tomato, balsamic glaze and lots of burrata.

The place is small and not many places to sit, which can be a bit of a problem if it gets crowded because they were not fast serving it, but really worth the wait.

It is not cheap either (170kr sandwich + 30kr a cola), but If you want to eat for 50kr better go to Max, quality is pricey and here it is worth it.

Last but not least, young and welcoming staff, friendly and correct 👌🏻

Split the mortadella and fungi sandwiches between 3 people.
-Food: the mushroom sandwich was okay but needs more mushroom paste. Disappointing to find naked bread, empty of the base spread. Also needs some freshness added to it such as ruccola or tomato. The mortadella was more substantial and provided a more balanced bite. The basil and balsamico offered really good flavour elevation.
-service: ok. Unable to divide the sandwiches into 3 which is disappointing given that each costs nearly 200kr…
-atmosphere: cool view of the sandwich bar to watch your food be made.
-overall: 3 stars since first and foremost the sandwiches were ok. Good for quick lunch but not worth it. Better in saluhallen gbg.
