Everything about my recent stay at the Bank Hotel was exceptional.
It started with my writing emails with questions on a weekend when I was deciding where to stay in Stockholm--and the people at the Bank Hotel responded promptly and helpfully every time and gave their names and contact emails and phones if I needed anything more.
It continued when I arrived.   The quiet side street tucked into the central business district is a hard-to-beat location.  The doors of the hotel are almost worth a trip to see--they are huge heavy bank doors, nothing glitzy or cheap.
The reception area was well staffed at all times and the people were unfailingly friendly and helpful--every single person, 24/7.
The room had every possible luxury and convenience, beautifully provided:   a huge shower with a door that opened in so as not to flood the floor, good water pressure, wonderful sheets, towels and robes, top quality tissues and toilet paper and stationery, a coffee service with good china, lots of outlets, a balcony with lovely views, heavy blackout curtains--perfect for sleeping, etc.
The fitness center was open 24 hours a day and was both spotlessly clean and well equipped with high quality equipment.
The restaurant and bar each had top flight service and food--really top flight--the coffee and tea were noticeably first-rate as well.
This was the nicest hotel experience I have had in years.

We spent the last 3 nights of our trip to Sweden at Bank Hotel, Stockholm.

I booked the ‘Elegant Exceptional’ room which was absolutely beautiful - plenty of space, a seating area, and a good sized en-suite shower room. The hotel decor was stunning, staff were friendly and welcoming, and facilities adequate.
The gym was basic and could have done with a refresh in the weights room.

Room service/cleaning was efficient and faultless - leaving fruit/snacks with a welcoming note was a nice touch.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We spent three nights and the Bank Hotel and very much enjoyed our stay.  We had a Town Suite with a lot of space and a lovely view.  The hotel had a great sense of place with a perfect walkable location and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet and we loved their two bars.

Great luxury boutique hotel. Ideal location for shopping, restaurants and a short walk to the old town. It's in the banking and embassy area so a very clean and smart area. Also very near the metro. 40 mins from airport to hotel on train and metro. Hotel has a super restaurant room, great breakfast and nice bar. Would definitely stay again.

The Bank Hotel is very luxe, chic, and in a great location. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and really nice bathroom. The staff were kind and even made an extra gesture for my husband's birthday, which was so thoughtful. We enjoyed eating at Bonnie's and having drinks in the hotel bar.

There is construction happening next door and in the street right in front of the building at the moment. They were even working overnight one night, so we didn't get a lot of sleep. I understand this isn't in the control of the hotel, but I'd suggest checking to make sure the construction has ended before booking.
