En liten foodtruck som kanske inte ser så mycket ut för världen men oj vilka burgare!!

Glider upp till boysen i trucken runt 14-tiden, lunchrushen har lagt sig.
Får ett väldigt trevligt bemötande av de två grabbarna som jobbar dagen till ära.

Då jag redan innan kikat på menyn ögnar jag ganska snabbt igenom de flertal burgare de har att erbjuda. Det landar på en Chiliburgare med en extra köttpuck. Till det blir det även lökringar.

Jag slår mig ner vi de ganska spartanska borden. Plastbord och plaststolar. Varför lägga massa pengar på fina utemöbler när maten är i fokus!

Efter en stund ropar boysen att maten är klar och jag plockar upp min beställning.
Ögonen håller på att ploppa ut! Vilken fantastisk burgare! Vilken stekyta! Och lökringarna är ordentligt friterade så man vet att det kommer ”crunsha” som att bita i ett knäckebröd.

Tar första tuggan och det är otroligt gott! Jag blir nästan mållös att den här lilla foodtrucken levererar en sån här bra burgare! Välkryddat med mycket peppar vilket jag älskar. Hackad rödlök istället för ringar, snyggt! Chilimayon har sting men kunde vart lite hetare (min smak). Brödet har en fin stekyta men samtidigt väldigt fluffigt och gott.

Lökringarna är som förutspått helt fantastiskt frasiga! Otroligt!

Trycker i mig burgaren och njuter av varenda tugga. Otroligt bra.

Att de bara tar 89:- för en burgare är rena kapet, 30:- för en extra puck. Helt magiskt.

Jag lyfter på hatten och tackar boysen för en av de bästa burgarna jag ätit på väldigt länge!

A small food truck that may not look like much to the world but oh what burgers!!

Gliding up to the boys in the truck around 2 p.m., the lunch rush has subsided.
Receives a very nice treatment from the two guys who work for the day.

As I had already looked at the menu before, I quickly looked through the several burgers they have to offer. It lands on a Chiliburger with an extra puck of meat. There will also be onion rings.

I settle down at the rather spartan tables. Plastic table and plastic chairs. Why spend a lot of money on nice outdoor furniture when the focus is on the food!

After a while, the boys call out that the food is ready and I pick up my order.
The eyes are popping out! What an amazing burger! What a frying surface! And the onion rings are deep fried so you know it will "crunsha" like biting into a crispbread.

Take the first bite and it's incredibly good! I am almost speechless that this little food truck delivers such a good burger! Well seasoned with lots of pepper which I love. Chopped red onion instead of rings, nice! The chili mayo has a sting but could be a little hotter (my taste). The bread has a nice frying surface but at the same time very fluffy and tasty.

As predicted, the onion rings are absolutely fantastically crispy! Unbelievable!

Pushes the burger into me and enjoys every bite. Extremely well.

The fact that they only charge SEK 89 for a burger is pure fraud, SEK 30 for an extra puck. Absolutely magical.

I take my hat off and thank the boys for one of the best burgers I've eaten in a very long time!

Wow vilka fantastiska burgare.
Hade hört talas om stället från Burgerdudes youtubekanal och blev verkligen inte besviken.
Helt fantastisk stekyta på köttet med frasiga kanter. Kan varit bästa stekta pucken jag nånsin ätit!
Perfekt bröd som var luftigt och fint men höll ihop till sista tuggan.
Jag tog tryffelburgaren och ibland kan tryffelsmaken ta över och ”döva” de andra smakerna men inte här. Det var en bra balans rakt igenom.
Ett extra plus för två riktigt trevliga killar som jobbade och som jag upplevde brann för sitt jobb och för bra kundservice.

N.O.A.H’S ligger ett stenkast från E4:an och är väl värt ett stopp om du är på resande fot. Här kommer jag stanna fler gånger!

Had heard about the place from Burgerdude's youtube channel and was certainly not disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic roasting surface on the meat with crispy edges. Could have been the best fried puck I've ever eaten!
Perfect bread that was airy and nice but held together until the last bite.
I took the truffle burger and sometimes the truffle flavor can take over and "dull" the other flavors but not here. It was a good balance right through.
An extra plus for two really nice guys who worked and who I felt were passionate about their job and for good customer service.

N.O.A.H'S is a stone's throw from the E4 and is well worth a stop if you're on the move. I will stay here more times!
