Had an amazing dinner at Pontus Fritihof Le Tour last night. The view from the restaurant is stunning (and a great spot to impress out-of-towners).
As a vegetarian I had some really great options on the menu. Standout dishes included white asparagus with truffle and browned butter hollandaise, and a buckwheat blini topped with Roscoff onion-filled morels. The nettle risotto with porcini mushrooms was delicious - never thought I'd enjoy nettles so much!
Finished with a lovely rhubarb pavlova for dessert.
Pontus and his team know how to balance flavors and use seasonal ingredients creatively. If you're looking for an interesting fine dining experience in Stockholm, this place is definitely worth a visit.

My partner surprised me with a caviar tasting at Pontus and it was such a great experience! Great caviar and wonderful, flavorful dishes with perfect wine pairing. The service was impeccable. Really knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff. For me this is the first Pontus that meets the high standards set by Pontus in the Green House back in the day. And the veiws are, of course, breathtaking!
