Har genom åren anlitat Osito i 2 st lägenhetsrenoveringar, 1 st husrenovering samt ett par st specialbyggnationer i kontor.
Arbeten har inkluderat rivning och byggnation av väggar och nya planlösningar, totalrenoveringar av kök, fönstersättninga,, möbeldesign och möbelsnickeri, golvläggning, platsbyggnationer av bl.a. garderober samt flertalet andra komplexa konstruktioner mm. Osito har även via underleverantör levererat flera hantverksarbeten som t.ex, golvslipning, målerier, vvs, El, kakelsättning, våtrum mm mm. Kort sagt; Vi har anlitat Osito för nästan allt som går att göra i en bostad.

Kvaliteten i arbetet är absolut förstklassig och man får med Björn & Osito en påtaglig  yrkesstolthet som går igenom precis hela processen. Från planering till genomförande och uppföljning. Som kund kan man unna sig lyxen att luta sig tillbaka och låta proffset sköta projektet.

Det låter möjligtvis utopiskt, men här håller man löften, tider och budgets.

Om något inte går som det var tänkt (vilket är ovanligt) är Björn den förste att påtala detta och det åtgärdas alltid. Detta skapar en grym känsla av transparens och trygghet för både resultat och affär. Man vet alltid att jobbet är korrekt utfört och att man betalat rätt pris.

Over the years, have engaged Osito in 2 apartment renovations, 1 house renovation and a couple of special office buildings.
The work has included the demolition and construction of walls and new layouts, complete renovations of kitchens, window installation, furniture design and carpentry, flooring, site construction of, among others, wardrobes and many other complex constructions etc. Osito has also delivered several handicraft works via subcontractors, such as floor sanding, painting, plumbing, electricity, tiling, wet rooms, etc. In short; We have hired Osito for almost everything that can be done in a home.

The quality of the work is absolutely first-class and with Björn & Osito you get a tangible professional pride that goes through exactly the entire process. From planning to implementation and follow-up. As a customer, you can treat yourself to the luxury of sitting back and letting the professionals handle the project.

It may sound utopian, but here you keep promises, times and budgets.

If something doesn't go as planned (which is rare), Björn is the first to point this out and it is always fixed. This creates a great feeling of transparency and security for both results and business. You always know that the job is done correctly and that you paid the right price.

Vi anlitade Osito första gången då vi skulle byta kök och renovera en del av vår tidigare lägenhet. Eftersom vi blev väldigt nöjda med både kontakten och resultatet så anlitade vi Osito även när vårt nuvarande hus skulle totalrenoveras. Förutom tak och fönster så gjordes precis hela huset om.

Nu är allt klart och vi är extermt nöjda. Den löpande dialog vi haft samt att vi genom resans gång fått tips på hur saker kan genomföras mer kostnadseffektivt, har resulterat i att vi känner en stark tillförlit.
