A hidden gem in the park. Behind the modest entrance the world opens up with a modern and classy cuisine in lovely surroundings. We had a delicious five course menu - delicate, well composed very tasty. Especially the mushrooms/bacon and the “cheese cake” were fabulous. Lovely wine pairings.  Good and engaging service. Great to feel the pride and care of the owner.

We had an mazing experience. Every single course was truly delicious with very interesting and tasty combinations. The wine pairing was a perfect fit as well. We were really impressed. Only at the end you will get the menu and can verify your guesses of what you were served. It's of course not cheap but worth every penny. Service was also very friendly and the view is really nice, too. Can only recommend this place! 😊

Very modern and beautiful restaurant. The owner is simply the best, we had so much fun discussing about food. We loved the concept of the restaurant that you don’t know what you are eating, but in the end of the dining you get a QR-code where you can find out what you had on the plate and during the whole dinner you can guess and discuss with your friends what is what. We had 6-courses menu with wine pairing. The wine fitted well to all dishes. It was the best choice to celebrate an important private event. If you are wondering about the restaurant, don’t wonder - just try it !
P.S. The tomatoes from my grandma garden are still the best. Haha

My wife and I embarked on a short four-day road trip through Skåne, hoping to indulge in some culinary delights along the way. Naturally, we had high expectations when we reserved a table at Bloom in the Park in Malmö, reminiscing about their Michelin star from 2015. How times have changed.

Our evening started on a promising note with the picturesque view of the lake, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Bloom in the Park operates on the premise of a secret menu and wine list, which sounds intriguing until you realize it’s a clever disguise for mediocrity.

The service was as mysterious as the menu itself. The waitstaff barely spent 10 seconds at our table, hastily dropping off dishes without a word of explanation. When you finally taste the food and wine, it becomes clear why they keep everything a secret – it’s easier to mask the subpar quality that way.

Out of the multiple courses served, my wife couldn't bring herself to finish three of them. Each dish seemed to be a testament to how low they could go while still charging premium prices. It felt like a culinary version of a bait-and-switch – luring us in with past accolades and then leaving us thoroughly disappointed.

In summary, Bloom in the Park offers a fantastic view of the lake, which is a good thing because you'll need something pleasant to focus on as you ponder why you chose to dine there. Save your money and your calories – there are far better options in Malmö.

Bloom in the Park is more than just a restaurant, and what we had was more than just a dinner.

8 courses of perfection, I wish I could give more than just 5 stars! I can honestly say that I have never ever had such a wonderful time in ANY restaurant, and I have never tasted anything to this level of perfection before.

Some reviews said that the owner wasn't very nice. I can not agree, he was actually incredibly nice!!
Obviously passionate about  his restaurant and his concept and eager to hear our thoughts about his food. When he heared that we celebrated our daughters birthday he actually gave her a very cool hoodie with their logo.

A genuine master chef slash culinary artist, an evening spent at Bloom in the Park should be on EVERY foodie bucket list.
