Enjoyed walking up to the place from the town center (recommend you do this instead of driving up). You can ask any of the stores for walking directions - Google maps does not have it. Fantastic views of the town and Lake Vattern. Smorebread shrimp sandwich, banana split and the chocolate cake were outstanding. Good filter coffee with refills. Very friendly service and nice open areas to sit during summer. Was also fun seeing some old buildings from the 1700s moved here for preservation. Lovely small town, restaurant and fun Swedish experience all around.

My sister Elizabeth made this place the highlight of our day and we were not disappointed.

Friendly service, fresh cakes, coffee and amazing views. Now we need to come back to try the prawn sandwich. Yum - yum!

This is a great stop for coffee and cakes with a view. Loved the different types of cakes with coffee or tea.

Lovely as always. It was a nice sunny day so we sat outside and had a lovely view over the lake. Staff are always lovely. Highly recommended and if you need the menu in English all you have to do is ask someone for it
