SEP2024: totally an insititution in Åre. A must try. The food and decoration were amazing. Really enjoyed our lunch there. Service was more mediocre - clearly below the usual levels in Åre. Maybe bad luck that day, maybe a consequence of the place being too popular.

Fantastic restaurant in Åre, that has everything from amazing pizzas to super tender steaks to an amazing winelist, and yes they have Guinnes on tap. We had a 3 course dinner from the ala carte menu and everything was superb. Thank you for a great dinner experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dined here a number of times. Mostly great dining experiences at Åre Torg with really attentive and warm staff. The ambiance has a romantic feel of old fashioned fine dining. Food smells  heavenly and whets your appetite for a good meal ahead. Beer on the tap is froty and tasty.

The toilet on the 2nd floor is a must visit. Slightly dark and shadowy with a large mosiac basin reminds of Harry Potter - The Goblet of Fire. While washing your hands, you  wonder when Crying Martha would appear.

Quality differs during lunch and dinner sometimes. Pasta Alsace, char, seafood platter and New York strip loin are really great. The steak tatare and rå biff were letdowns with too much sinews and lacking tastes. Even the side of fries were poorly fried and not crispy.

Nice restaurant with a lot more space than it looks like from the outside. Huge list if white and red wines, specially from different regions of France. The choice of alcoholic drinks at that place will satisfy the most demanding guest. Broad choice of local food and wild animals. Excellent service with perfect timing and attention to your special wishes. We tried french snails here for the first time and it was tasty. Everything was fresh and high quality. If you plan to eat dinner here with starters and dessert count on 70+EUR per person without any alcohol. Since the most of the dishes are between 20 and 40 EUR a lot of visitors  choose to share a pizza and drink some beer.
