One of the best places i have eaten in the last few months. So happy for such a good quality restaurant in Hudiksvall.

Köttbaren är något som verkligen behövdes i Hudiksvall . Man har blivit måttligt mättad på alla olika hamburgerhak som konstant dyker upp utan  att heller vara något att jubla över . Så att det äntligen finns ett alternativ med fine dining med lokala och riktigt bra råvaror behövs.

Riktigt bra serveringspersonal med kompetens och vet hur man presenterar rätterna .
Maten är riktigt bra och det lämnas inte något kvar på tallrikarna efteråt .
Enda negativa är att det är lite litet men det bidrar bara till den underbara atmosfären .

Rekommenderas starkt .
Prismässigt lite högre men man kan inte förvänta sig något annat när allt man får är kvalité .

The meat bar is something that was really needed in Hudiksvall. You have become moderately fed up with all the different hamburger hooks that constantly appear without being anything to cheer about either. So that there is finally an alternative with fine dining with local and really good ingredients is needed.

Really good serving staff with competence and know how to present the dishes.
The food is really good and nothing is left on the plates afterwards.
Only negative is that it is a bit small but that only adds to the wonderful atmosphere.

Highly recommended.
Price-wise a bit higher, but you can't expect anything else when all you get is quality.

Gemytlig och trevlig kvarterskrog i nybyggda kvarter vid Hudiksvallsfjärden.  Gångavstånd från resecentrum gjorde det enkelt för oss att ta bussen från Ljusdal för årets #weddingdaytrip.
Lite svårt att hitta i vintermörkret men när vi slog en signal kom hovmästaren själv och vinkade in oss.

Vår bordsplacering blev inte så bra - ett bord för fyra isärdraget med en liten glipa är aldrig bra när man bokat för två. Otur med rätt högljudda/osociala personer vid andra bordshalvan.

Annars går det inte att summera bättre än vad restaurangen själv gör:
”Vår mat tar inspiration i Frankrike & Norden men med smaker från alla världens kök. Vi lagar mat som vi gillar med 100% kärlek & passion.”

Cozy and pleasant neighborhood pub in newly built quarters by Hudiksvallfjärden.  Walking distance from the travel center made it easy for us to take the bus from Ljusdal for this year's #weddingdaytrip.
A little hard to find in the winter darkness, but when we hit a signal, the butler himself came and beckoned us in.

Our table placement was not so good - a table for four pulled apart with a small gap is never good when you have booked for two. Bad luck with fairly loud/unsocial people at the other half of the table.

Otherwise, it is not possible to summarize better than what the restaurant itself does:
"Our food takes inspiration from France & the Nordics, but with flavors from all the world's cuisines. We cook food that we like with 100% love & passion.”
