A truly memorable experience . The wine pairings were innovative and all very local. The food was exceptional with the meal lasting 3.5 hours . The service was of the highest quality and always discrete. Even the glass ware and crockery was unique

We dined as a group of three, including one person who exclusively enjoys vegetarian cuisine, and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance—modern, with an industrial-style design that had the laid-back vibe of a trendy canteen. From the start, the service was refreshingly relaxed and welcoming, with a warm, Spanish-southern charm that fit perfectly into the overall ambiance. The staff, from the sommelier to the waiters and maître d’, all exuded passion for their work, and that dedication elevated the entire evening.

We opted for à la carte dining rather than the tasting menu, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The bread and olive oil were a simple yet elegant start, and the amuse-bouche—a tartare and a small vegetarian option—set the tone beautifully. For me, the scallops as a starter were an absolute highlight of the year: perfectly cooked, expertly balanced in flavor, and complemented by a delightful curry velouté. My mother’s carpaccio was equally sensational, and my wife’s burrata was nothing short of stellar.

For the main course, two of us had the Iberico pork cheeks, which were outstanding—tender, rich, and perfectly paired with a sweet potato purée that, while exquisite, could’ve used a slightly larger portion. Unfortunately, my wife encountered a small hiccup as she is allergic to paprika and couldn’t have the vegetarian main course. It would’ve been ideal if a second vegetarian option had been available. Instead, she opted for the cheese plate, which turned out to be a showstopper, beautifully presented with an exceptional selection of cheeses.

Dessert didn’t disappoint either; the chocolate dish offered an intriguing interplay of flavors and textures. The wines we chose to accompany the meal were equally memorable, rounding off the evening wonderfully.

We’re already considering a return visit to try the tasting menu, as the overall experience left a lasting impression. A big thank you to the team for such a delightful evening. Wishing you continued success, and see you next time!

Nice interior. Some of the best service I’ve ever had. They somehow keep it fresh and friendly while giving good advice. The sommelier is patient, has deep knowledge on wine and gives solid advice. The food is well balanced, measured, creative and well executed. Extremely good restaurant.

We ate from the Al La Carte menu as we feel it’s often a better test of a restaurants food than a tasting menu. It was as great choice as the food was exceptional. The restaurant has everything you could want great knowledgeable staff, super atmosphere and most importantly fabulous food. If you are in Murcia put it on your list of places to eat.
