Just spent 4 nights at the beautiful Finca Serena. Absolutely beautiful property. We enjoyed the hiking/walking trails that wind through the property’s vineyards and olive tree groves.  Every morning breakfast is served in the elegant courtyard beneath olive trees and overlooking the pool, surrounding fields and mountains in the distance. The staff could not have been more cheerful and accommodating.

Dinner is available in the hotel’s restaurant each night.  The spa is lovely - got some of the best massages ever.

Last summer we got married in Mallorca and spent 4 days with our family and friends at Finca Serena. The finca is truly beautiful. There are so many beautiful hidden places on the property, everything is super well maintained, the rooms are beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are fantastic. We made memories for a lifetime and Finca Serena will always have a very special place in our hearts. Thank you so so so much for everything!

**BE AWARE**

Really hard to understand how this place is greatly rated on every booking website. We figured out since this place host weddings, most good review must be from wedding guests…

We strongly recommend against trying this hotel. Like many guest you will probably be very disappointed.

Positive:
- Beautiful property, amazing grounds !
- Peaceful atmosphere

Negative
- Food is not good and expensive (80+ euros per person for overcooked BBQ meat)
- Rooms shown on their booking website are NOT AT ALL WHAT they look like in reality (much SMALLER, DARK, NO VIEW). The difference is such that we found it was almost a fraud (see picture above).

I don’t understand how this hotel is greatly rated. Our experience was far from perfect. The grounds and the property is beautiful. However **BE AWARE** the rooms shown online are NOT AT ALL what they look like in reality. I saw some other customer had similar experience but I didn’t think it would be that bad. The restaurant is not really good and overprice.

We love this hotel and was our second visit however unfortunately I had a designer item stolen from our room whilst it was cleaned. We didn't leave the hotel and asked if anything had been handed into reception but nothing had been returned so left the hotel without it which is such a shame as we love this hotel so much. We searched the room and still no sign of it so looks like it was taken as we didn't leave the area.
