Amazing dishes. Starting cocktails are incredible(never tried such amazing herbal it touches all the senses), mixologist is harismatic man who loves what he does.  Chef is definitely a star ! Fish menu was delicious even for those who doesn’t like fish. Need to mention as well sommelier he can create a mood not only with a wine choice but also with his performance.

Absolutely incredible venue, and by far the best meal we have had in Mallorca. I will certainly be returning for the restaurant and the hotel. The sommelier, Javier, was incredible - extremely knowledgeable and was able to pair wines that perfectly complemented the food.

I had an incredible dining experience at Sa Clastra, the restaurant located within the 5-star Castell Son Claret. This hidden gem is nestled 20 minutes inland from the coast or a quick 30-minute car ride from Palma. With its well-deserved Michelin star, it's evident that another one is on the horizon.

When the weather permits, dining in the inner courtyard of the hotel is nothing short of romantic, offering breathtaking views of the star-lit sky. I had the pleasure of trying the degustation menu, and it truly exceeded expectations. Each dish showcased fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, making for a memorable culinary journey.

The wine list at Sa Clastra is nothing short of impressive, offering a wide selection to complement every palate. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff's attention to detail and genuine passion for hospitality elevated the entire experience.

If I could, I would gladly give this restaurant 6 stars. Sa Clastra is a true culinary gem that should not be missed.

One of the best culinary experiences I've had. Local tastes prepared in interesting ways and unique combinations of flavor. With addition of local wines and a few surprises. Calm and cozy atmosphere, thanks to a great team and location.
Worth a visit.

Magical September evening in a beautiful  courtyard setting.  There were six and ten course tasting options....we chose the 10 course and every bite was delicious. The smaller option would have been fine too! Staff was SO attentive. The Michelin star is well deserved.
