He estado varias veces antes de poner está reseña y la verdad es que cada vez peor. La imparcialidad brilla por su ausencia, independientemente de lo que para ustedes sea “joder el momento” es un karaoke y las personas que vamos a el sabemos que las canciones y ambiente pueden ser cambiante. ¡ahí está la gracia! Si no sería un pub normal. La lista de espera al pedir una canción es también ridícula, pues hemos estado esperando más de 1h y media a qué nos la pusieran, cuando en lista decida 6 por delante. Y no, no soy fumadora y tampoco he salido a la calle a tomar el aire. Aunque si comentamos que tampoco parece que hubiera aire acondicionado ahí dentro pues bueno.

Más haya de la música y la decepción de ver cómo pasaban canciones y canciones sin ser la nuestra, vamos a hablar de lo que es pedirte una copa aquí.

Otra vez, un tiempo ridículamente extenso de ver cómo el camarero solo atendía a chavalitas que les llegase el escote al ombligo, donde más haya de atender se creía que ese era su Tinder particular y para colmo y después de esperar casi 30 minutos se equivoca al servirnos y nos dice que no se lo hemos explicado bien. A lo que no pude resistirme reir.  Encima y para colmo se enfada y nos contesta mal, que eso ya fue la gota que colmo el vaso. Como si atendernos le molestase,cuando en ningún momento a él se le hablo mal.
Yo misma soy camarera y nunca he tratado así a un cliente, jamas!
Pero eso tiene que ver más con la educación que con la profesionalidad, aquí faltan ambas.

No falta decir que no volveremos.

I've been several times before posting this review and the truth is that it's getting worse and worse. Impartiality is conspicuous by its absence, regardless of what “fuck the moment” means to you, it is karaoke and the people who go to it know that the songs and atmosphere can be changeable. That's the fun! Otherwise it would be a normal pub. The waiting list when requesting a song is also ridiculous, since we have been waiting more than 1 hour and a half for them to play it for us, when the list decides 6 ahead. And no, I am not a smoker and I have not gone outside to get some air either. Although if we mention that it doesn't seem like there was air conditioning in there, well.

More than the music and the disappointment of seeing how songs and songs went by without being ours, let's talk about what it's like to order a drink here.

Again, a ridiculously long time of seeing how the waiter only served girls whose neckline reached the navel, where he had to serve the most, he believed that that was his private Tinder and to make matters worse and after waiting almost 30 minutes he was wrong when serve us and tells us that we have not explained it well. To which I couldn't resist laughing.  On top of that, he gets angry and answers us badly, because that was the last straw. As if serving us bothered him, when at no time was he spoken ill of.
I am a waitress myself and I have never treated a customer like this, ever!
But that has more to do with education than with professionalism, both are missing here.

It goes without saying that we will not return.

En nombre del grupo nos dirigimos a vosotros para expresar nuestra decepción ante la experiencia que hemos tenido en el Karaoke.

Para empezar, habíamos reservado con vosotros bajo la premisa de tener un karaoke privado, tal y como nos lo disteis a entender en el momento de la contratación. Sin embargo, nos habéis informado al llegar que solo tendríamos el karaoke privado a partir de las 21:00 h. Cuando ha llegado esa hora, hemos tenido que salir a buscar al personal, solo para que finalmente nos dijerais que el karaoke no era privado en absoluto.

Por si fuera poco, nos hemos encontrado sin música dentro de la sala la mayor parte del tiempo. Al preguntaros si podíamos poner música y especificar qué queríamos, simplemente no hemos vuelto a recibir respuesta alguna. La comunicación con el equipo ha sido prácticamente imposible; sentimos que teníamos que ir detrás de vosotros constantemente, solo para recibir respuestas vagas o ninguna en absoluto.

Lamentamos mucho que, después de haber confiado en vuestro karaoke para una celebración tan importante, nos llevemos una impresión tan negativa. Ha sido verdaderamente decepcionante.

On behalf of the group we are writing to you to express our disappointment in the experience we have had at Karaoke.

To begin with, we had booked with you under the premise of having a private karaoke, as you made us understand at the time of booking. However, you informed us upon arrival that we would only have private karaoke from 9:00 p.m. When that time came, we had to go out and find the staff, only for you to finally tell us that karaoke was not private at all.

As if that were not enough, we have found ourselves without music inside the room most of the time. When asking if we could play music and specify what we wanted, we simply have not received any response. Communication with the team has been practically impossible; We felt like we had to chase after you constantly, only to receive vague responses or none at all.

We are very sorry that, after having trusted your karaoke for such an important celebration, we were left with such a negative impression. It has been truly disappointing.
