Fantastic hotel, perfectly situated for exploring beautiful palma. The staff are incredibly friendly. We stayed at new year which really made it the perfect place to see in the new year and head chef Joe insured we had the grapes for the 12 grapes at midnight. Cant recommend highly enough.

Our favourite hotel in Palma. Centrally located. In front of a 500 year old figtree. Rooms/Suites to the front are the best, but can get a bit noisy at night with the restaurant in the courtyard. Rooms to the back can be a little dark and odd shaped as it is an old building. But all that is just part of the character. The staff are super nice. My mother in law spent a whole week here whilst we sailed around the island and she loved how attentive the staff were and became her temporary friends.

Excellently located hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The hotel's restaurant is very good with great quality and some very different menu choices. The baked apple creme brulee is world class - not to be missed!

We travel to Palma regularly and always stay in the same boutique hotel, this time we couldn't get in and so we stumbled across the Cort. We now have a new hotel in Palma! The room, bed, pillows, furnishings, food, bar, view, location, staff, all absolutely spot on. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

My family and I stayed 5 nights over Christmas 2024 and had an exceptional stay at Hotel Cort. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very easygoing. The location is perfect: with five days of walking around Palma, Hotel Cort sits at the midpoint of everything you want to see and experience and whether you want the sea, the beach, the cathedral, Santa Catalina brunch, evening tapas, shopping, the two big indoor food markets or just coffee on a square, it's all within a maximum 15 minute walk from Hotel Cort. The front desk reception staff were so friendly and effortlessly gave directions or booked airport taxis. The two waitresses who work the breakfast shift stood out as the ultimate smiling, attentive, patient superstars of the hotel staff, literally no request was too much trouble and on top of that, breakfast was fresh and delicious every day and served across a hugely generous window of time. Our room was spacious, with nice design touches, a vast walk in shower and a massive bed and had views over Placa da Cort's 600 year old olive tree and courthouse/ library, all lit up with gorgeous Christmas lights every evening. To lie in bed and stare at the rooftops after dark and at dawn - something truly magical. Last but not least, a shoutout to the warm and radiant cleaning ladies who greeted us good morning and kept our room in immaculate condition each day - a real plus as too many hotels these days skip daily cleaning and towel changes citing environmental excuses: in this as in everything, Hotel Cort goes the extra mile.
