The hotel is well located for eating out and shopping. Rooms are renovated to a high standard and the quality of the food in the restaurant is very good.
What made our stay was a standout experience with the front desk. We needed to get some paperwork signed at the bank and as a non-resident, it was complicated. Gabriela, Jaime and Juan went way over and above in helping us with this. Gabriela even came to the bank with us ! - This alone, will mean we will return when we next come to Madrid. Management - please take note, these employees are a huge credit to your hotel.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.  We were here for 5D4N.   The service was excellent.  Every time we meet a staff we were warmly greeted.  All staffs are well trained and understand the importance of exceptional services.   The hotel is beautifully decorated with an elegant ambience.  Fresh flowers are used and replaced almost everyday.  The room was quiet and comfortable.  Breakfasts were awesome.  The hotel restaurant Haroma offers great dinning experience as well.  We had wonderful time in the hotel and will definitely return for another stay.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff are exceptional, so friendly yet professional, especially Jose Angel in the restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. A nice 20-minute walk to the old town or to Parque de Retiro. Located in Salamanca, an opulent part of the city, only 10 min walk from the main shopping district.
The terrace and solarium would be wonderful once the weather heats back up again. Juan and Jaime on reception were great for recommendations, and as a result, we ate dinner at a fabulous Italian restaurant. The Bellboy, I can't recall his name, went above and beyond for us. Thank you all.

We changed our holiday plans and canceled our reservation at Hotel Heritage more than a month before our trip. Yet, they still used our private information to charge my husband’s card as a no-show.

It’s been a long back-and-forth, and we still haven’t recovered our deposit.

Everything was on point, either if we talk about the room, services, location of the hotel or the kindness of the staff, all of them were a big plus for our experience in Madrid.
