The ONLY not-great thing about this hotel is the location. Not much around, but an easy taxi ride to the airport which is why we stayed here. The rooms and hallways and lobby were all spotless. The room was quiet with great climate control, and the bed was cozy. The shower was great. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. All the staff were beyond friendly and welcoming and helpful. The entire experience was like staying in a luxury hotel for a non-luxury price. Special thanks to Laura who checked us in, made us feel welcomed and cared for and was ready with info for nearby neighborhoods with good food and shopping.

Had a great solo stay here for a couple of days this October. Staff is helpful and kind. They were able to accommodate early check-in for me after my overnight flight from the States which I was very appreciative of. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Really loved the free 24hr drink and snack bar and lounge area. Location is not very close to city center, but there is a bus station right outside the hotel and I didn’t mind the ~30 minute commute into central Madrid (fairly easy to navigate).

Very clean with lovely breakfast. Room is spacious. Interesting detail that I haven’t experienced anywhere is free snacks, drinks, bagels on the evening. It is located right next to the bus station but a bit far away from city center.

Amazing rooms, really nice, recently remodeled, modern finishes. A selection of free drinks, beer and snacks is a wonderful bonus.  We really enjoyed staying here.

The bus stop is just down the street and the metro station 5 minutes walk. The only downside is the hotel is located outside of the central madrid area in a neighborhood with many low-income apartments. In the US we call them the "projects".  We never had any problems.

I was looking for a good hotel in Madrid for me and my girlfriend, we came across ARTIEM Madrid.
The experience was incredibly good.
We had a room for two, without breakfast, and it was totally worth it.
The staff is very friendly, always there to help you at any point in time. The room we got was big and comfy and clean, of course. They welcomed us with a nice small gift and a cute message.
At the lounge, you can find sandwiches and fridge full of beverages, which you can enjoy for free. There is a nice patio where you can rest as well.
Another good point in terms of convenience is the location of the hotel. There is a pharmacy in front of the hotel, and next to it, a bus station. A metro station at about 8 minutes from the hotel. Also there are some restaurants and a supermarket.
From now on, whenever I get the chance to visit Madrid, I will book a room here at ARTIEM Madrid.
