Soy propietaria de un Mercedes 200  clase C lo compré en la Mercedes de Sevilla ubicada en Kansas City , la batería se descarga estando el coche en reposo , cada dos o tres días tengo que ir al garaje a ponerlo en marcha para recargarla , después de llevarlo varias veces No son capaces de arreglarlo.
Me dirijo a Atención al cliente de Mercedes Benz España y me dicen que cierran el expediente informativo, que le han dicho en Sevilla que ellos no han visto nada, vamos que el coche está bien.
Con toda certeza me han vendido un coche con defecto de fabricación .Después de gastarte un pastón y de llevarlo varias veces , que si es esto, que si es aquello…pero al final paga , pero te vienes con el coche sin arreglar.
Por otra parte Atención al cliente de Mercedes Benz España un desastre, te hablan muy bien, pero ya te digo el problema sigue y no te solucionan nada.
Mi consejo no se dejen llevar por el prestigio de la marca, ya no es lo que era.No compren Mercedes ya hay otras marcas mejores y con un servicio técnico adecuado.

Siento tener que escribir esta opinión. Mercedes es una marca europea y me gustaria que fuera un referente a seguir, pero no es así. Tenemos un vehículo Mercedes y tras llevarlo al concesionario por un problema mecánico, hemos podido experimentar que los concesionarios de la marca contratan a chavales jovenes, que siguen las instrucciones de una máquina y que no tienen un conocimiento integral del vehículo. La diferencia entre entrar a un concesionario Toyota y a uno Mercedes es abismal y por ello en la lista de fiabilidad cada marca está donde está.
Tras tener la mala experiencia en el concesionario lo comunicamos a Mercedes España y nos hemos sentido como cuando haces una consulta en unos grandes almacenes sobre un producto y te contestan con las especificaciones del producto que vienen en la caja.
En definitiva, si siguen bajando el nivel de calidad y profesionalidad pero pretenden cobrar como un gran servicio, nos obligaran a comprar vehículos japoneses.

Lamentablemente ninguna solución por parte de Mercedes o Mercedes España - «pasar la pelota» a terceros proveedores que cobran precios desorbitados por los certificados medioambientales va contra toda moral.
La historia - tenemos un SL500 de 2005, que tiene la norma Euro 4. Sin embargo, las autoridades españolas lo clasifican «automáticamente» como Euro 3, ya que Euro 4 no era obligatorio hasta el 1 de enero de 2006 (lógica española).

Si ahora quieres que te lo cambien, «sólo» necesitas un certificado del fabricante en el que se confirme la norma Euro.

Cuesta entre 10 y 50 euros en Opel o Audi.

Consulta a Mercedes Benz España: La respuesta es «ya no lo hacemos nosotros, sino que lo subcontratamos a una agencia llamada “GMR”, y esta agencia cobra la friolera de 605 euros por este certificado». Cuando pregunté cómo se había llegado a ese precio y si se trataba de un error, la respuesta fue «Mercedes España fija los precios».
Cuando pregunté a Mercedes España quién elige estos importes, la respuesta fue «No tenemos influencia en los precios de terceros proveedores».

Esto, querido equipo de Mercedes Benz, es un timo y no descansaré hasta que esto cambie.

Mercedes ya no es la marca que era antiguamente.
Más de 5 meses esperando para una luna y a día de hoy desde Mercedes España no saben cuando la van a recibir, no tienen fecha exacta. Si para una luna se tarda tanto tiempo, cuando sea una pieza más específica no me lo quiero ni imaginar.

Mercedes is no longer the brand it once was.
More than 5 months waiting for a moon and today from Mercedes Spain they do not know when they will receive it, they do not have an exact date. If it takes so long for a moon, when it is a more specific piece I don't even want to imagine it.
