Very nice experience with a tasting menu. Every dish was nicely presented and very tasty. Good service and nice ambiance.

During our stay in Sitges, we liked this restaurant the most! The food was to die for. Service was very friendly, as well.

I strongly recommend Factor Vi! This is a true foodies place and excellent with drinks.

We had reservations on Valentine’s Day and it is expected to impact the food and/or service in some way. But the Factor Vi crew are true professionals and did not disappoint.

The drinks have received a lot of praise in the reviews for good reason, it is true!

Now, the main dishes. The fish is spectacularly great. Perfectly balanced, crispy skin and plate licking flavours. Please try this, even if you are not a fish fan. I dare you to not love this dish.
The steak. Absolute perfection in all aspects of steak. Size, medium rare, seasoning, resting, tenderness, searing… chefs kiss! Possibly the best plate I will have 2024.

My only negative critique is that the crayfish ravioli in lobster bisque does not deliver what it promises. It pales in comparison to everything else we had.

With that being said, I cannot wait to go back to try the rest of the menu and other seasonal variations they will have. Thank you for excellent food!

Author cocktails, authentic cusine and fantastic staff.
The restaurant located at the very center of Sitges presents a high-quality experience service.
First of all, it offers a huge variety of author cocktails that are being personalized and prepared following the suggestion of the mixologist. Also, it presents a huge variety of fancy wines that are a must at the time of dining in.
About the food, I must say it's incredible. We started with a tuna taco, which I clearly recommend, followed by  galician cured meat and egg parmentier. Everything was delicious, but the best part came when the desserts appeared. In our case, we tried the bread with chocolate, olive oil and salt.
In our case, we were highly satisfied with the food and service. We will say it's a must try on at the time of visiting Sitges.

Holy. Cow. Royal. Bovine. This was hands down the best dinner of our three week trip in Europe.

On a date night? My recommendation: look at pictures people have posted on reviews, order everything, and split each dish between the two of you. You will not be disappointed.

We could not have been happier with the service (most attentive we've ever met), the food quality (every plate was a piece of art), and the music they played was a vibe.
