Really enjoyed the food and service from the team at La Zapatería! Specially the sea food. Apologies from my side as I paid with PayPal and forgot to select Friends & Family, so my tip did not fully go to the restaurant. Highly recommended!

This is place is a hidden gem indeed! From the first step you simply fall into a different world that is so carefully created, with all the heart and soul of the owning family inside. Check out every detail in the place - those are simply magnificent!

The food there is something unique, every dish is also a masterpiece. I really had a wish to try them all, but the thing is that your stomach can only consume 1 or max 2, as portions are really big here. We tried seafood - truly it is one of the best at Tenerife!!!

Only one downside to this place: it’s either cash or PayPal. The food & the dessert in particular were great, as well as the service.

The main event was a wonderfully prepared steak, embodying the rustic and robust flavors that Galician cuisine is celebrated for. Alongside these stars were other delightful bits and bobs, each contributing to the rich tapestry of flavors.

Every sip of wine was a continuation of our Galician escapade, with a wine list featuring selections that honor the region's vinicultural prowess. It's not just a meal; it's a journey through one of Spain's most cherished regions, all from the comfort of a cozy eatery a couple of kilometers from Icod's city center.

The place brims with a charm that's distinctly Galician, from the shoes on the wall echoing the owner's family heritage to the garlic-laden Aoli, ensuring no vampire dares to interrupt our feast. Dining here was not just eating; it was an immersive experience into Galician culture and flavors, leaving us absolutely enchanted. Truly a little dream and an ode to a beautiful corner of Spain.
