We dined here multiple nights during our stay for dinner, staff were great and the food was really exceptionally good! In particular the desserts (Lemon Tart and the Rice Pudding!) We would highly recommend

As we arrived, food was the forefront of our minds and recommended by the hotel staff Txoko was an absolute pleasure .

One of the standout dishes I had the pleasure of trying was the lamb shank. It was a true masterpiece. The lamb was incredibly tender, falling off the bone with each bite, and the flavors were a delightful blend of savory herbs and spices. It was comfort food at its finest, and we loved every minute of it.

As we had just landed this was what was needed. We were not disappointed.

The croquettes  were also a highlight of the meal. These little bites of heaven were perfectly crispy on the outside, giving way to a creamy and flavorful filling. Whether you choose the traditional ham and cheese or one of the other  varieties,

Dessert - French toast, there are no words

The service  was excellent, with a knowledgeable and attentive staff that added to the overall dining experience.

Diego was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he made sure we were well taken care of and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had great recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. His friendly demeanor and exceptional service made us feel like VIPs. Diego is a true gem, and we can’t wait to return for another great experience!

Lovely restaurant. Good menu though for a steak restaurant if can be difficult to order steak as majority of options are servings for 2 people not great for my husband as I’m pretty much a pescatarian . He opted for the sirloin which was very tasty.  Portion sizes are ok but sides are small both as included with your dish and extras. They also charged an extra 3 euros for tomatoes in the side salad. Good service. Staff are professional, attentive and knowledgeable qbout the menu. FYI There is a charge for the breads.  Complimentaries are a thing of the past.

I don’t usually rate establishments poorly, the food was a little less than average and service wasn’t great. Steak was subpar considering that’s what they’re famous for. The worst was we were served a portion of bread (maybe 5 slices) and were charged 4 portions of bread. That tiny basket was €16! I asked the waiter how come he replied snootily it doesn’t matter how many bread there in the basket but they usually charge per pax (even if one person ate the bread). Bizarre
