Greatest location for weekends with couple, not so good with kids, typical food and service for a big hotel. Nice on the picture but devil in the details. Great stuff at bar and dining area. Not so pleasant experience at reception but it’s ok. Room also fine but there is a lot of uncomfortable points like bed consists from two and on wheels, forget to rest in the middle it’s impossible, no coffee, empty minibar, light at the night going through the curtains… Overall Value for money 5/10.

One of the best hotels i have been in my life.

Breakfast is very tasty and various, make sure to try the fresh tortilla with cheese and ham and tomato and cheese.

Gym is clean and easy to use equipment which is clean and well maintained.

Bathrooms are cleaned every 3h. It's spotless clean.

Wellness facilities like the massage place is so well designed and nice and the lady who works there is incredible. One of the best memories from this hotel is her massage on my day of departure.

Snack bar during lunchtime actually has tasty options and salads as well as pizzas, wraps, burgers, desserts.

During the evenings, the chill bar on the terrace always has some entertainment for everyone, and drinks go up to 23h. Its so romantic, well decorated with ambient lighting.

The staff is super polite. All of them at all functions.

If you need to put your luggage in storage, they do it for you.

The hotel has elevator near the pickup spot on the street so when you arrive or depart you can take your suitcases in it without dragging them on the stairs.

The location cannot be better. We got nice suite with ocean and dune view on the 3 floor. I couldn't be more happier. Especially because i was close to the gym.

The pool area is spotless clean and well maintained every day.

Towels are limited to 1 per person and you can exchange them daily in the opening hours of the pool area.

There wasn't anything i didnt like. If i go to gran canaria i will go to this hotel only.

A week in this hotel was like a dream ❤️

Staff were always friendly, great room, treatments and pool area. 10 times better than expected! The breakfast had a great variety.

I would definitely recommend this place.

I had an enjoyable week at this hotel with a room on the fifth floor overlooking the sea and dunes pool is very nice and never too busy. I enjoyed being able to take a walk to the dunes  from the hotel and do a loop of approximately 70 minutes around the coast and back to the hotel

The room was a fifth floor suite, stunning views of the dunes and ocean, I left my balcony door open at night to hear the sea. I also had a nightly visit from a kestrel which was lovely. The sofa was almost more comfortable than the bed. Wifi was poor through the hotel and needs to be improved, also no smart tv in room was disappointing. I stayed the week before in the grand hotel residencia which is nearby and it had perfect WiFi so it cannot be a location issue

The Manager called Juli who was very efficient and friendly and ran the restaurant and bar expertly

The cleaning lady, Luisa, was the nicest person I met on my stay, smiling and friendly despite having no English. She used her phone to translate with me when I had a query. Very pleasant

i don’t see the point in having a sign at the entrance to the restaurant asking people to dress appropriately when this is not monitored, there were people eating dinner in the restaurant in shorts  and trainers, absolutely no monitoring clothes in the restaurant and this definitely diminished the restaurant for me.

In summary a very nice hotel based on location and quality of room, some improvement with WiFi needed

The hotel is literally and figuratively an oasis in the tourist bustle of Playa des Ingles. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms have beautiful views over the dunes and sea, they are very comfortable and pleasantly furnished. The rooms are well cleaned and refreshed every day. The towel service by the pool is superfine. The restaurant is very varied in terms of dishes, fresh fish and meat and a different theme every day (Mexican, Spanish, grill). The restaurant staff are welcoming, attentive and helpful.
The ladies behind the reception desk are very warm, approachable and helpful, exactly how the hotel industry should be. There was one gentleman I felt uncomfortable with and found it hard to interact with, got the feeling that what I asked him was too much for him.

🙏 I have a few small things to improve:
- If you don't want to be bothered by live music in the evening, make sure you get a room, situated in the back of the hotel.
- Be sure the non-smoking rooms are actually non-smoking, sometimes there is a smoky smell in the room.
- What I only miss are flowers and plants around the hotel.

In short, wonderful hotel where you can find the serenity and relaxation you are looking for during a holiday.
