Went here in the afternoon and were served immediately. Attentive staff. Beautiful food to share and very nice wines, also per glass. The meat was extremely good, soft and juicy. Not expensive. Unfortunately, there was some toilet smell in the back and plates were not always changed between courses. Also small things like different knives in the napkin and no butter knive. In my opinion all dishes were tasteful but quite salty.

Food p*rn from the beginning till the end - simple as that. Parmesan, butter, aioli, mojo come along with lamb, pork, seafood and fish and it’s absolutely amazing! Be careful with the amounts of dishes - they’re definitely on the heavier side.
Staff, wine menu and ambience are great as well - we’ll come again.

Fine dining at a fair price. I did have the dry tomatoes, the tartare, the risotto and the cannelloni as part of the tasting menu, All was excellent, as well as the service. Paid 50 euro each including wine glasses and one dessert.

Most delicious meal we had in Las Palmas!
Such a creative food, beautiful elegant restaurant and great service!
Also the prices are really good and not that expensive for this quality of food

Writing this review makes me feel sad. I had great expectations before visiting El Santo. The food was good but still not exceptional. The most problematic part was the service. Lack of communication with the waiter was the main problem since he couldn’t explain in English the menu and the wine list. The second waitress completely ignored me and don’t even asked me if I need anything else. I had to eat the main dish without wine because none of them asked me to refill my glass and since they were busy I couldn’t ask it by myself. It is a big disappointment since the chef is really good. I wouldn’t recommend it for non Spanish customers.
