We had a round of pinxtos in this bustling bar, they were tasty but not exceptional. I would happily go back there to sample some of their interesting range of beers and give the food another chance.

The burger txuleta is phenomenal - cooked medium rare and served on a brioche bun with a cheese crema. It’s so good we came back twice! I believe it’s 9 euros

The pinchos anchovies are also amazing - the vinegar anchovies have fried garlic on top which is the perfect complement. And they are all made fresh to order.

One of our best discoveries in San Sebastian, Bar Desy, was a true delight. Every dish was simply amazing and hit the spot perfectly. The service team was warm and incredibly friendly, even providing excellent recommendations for local eateries that we also enjoyed. Very charming bar with incredibly tasty food! We ordered by asking the chefs what they’d recommend and got various sharing dishes, which were super flavourful! The vibe was great too! We’ll def go there again!

It nearly doesn’t make sense that food can be this good, but somehow this place manages. The burger is unlike any other. If you doubt what to order, the staff is more than happy to suggest their favourites.
