Great spot in general!

NOT the place for you if you are planning a budget cycling holiday and/or bringing a bike you are the least bit worried about (more details below).

Well organized, clean, properly comfortable spaces, great location close to a lot of good food, beer, grocery stores etc… — it just works well. Great experience overall!

For bike lovers: This isn’t a cycling-focused spot at all so (understandably) not a lot of extra attention here; the safe storage place for bikes is an open common space — an interior patio — with nothing to lock to.

None of this would have been an issue if there was proper communication, but I was told by email that there was “bicycle parking” — my fault as well for not asking more questions at what is objectively a vague description, but worth noting.

My bike met with some misfortune (for which the hostel itself will not be blamed as they had nothing to do with it). The space is watched by cameras and closed during the night, so theft is not the main risk — it’s the accessibility to whoever walks in and decides your bike looks interesting.

I will add that this is only one location in a chain; perhaps the others offer a better solution.

Come here for a great home base on a Palma exploration stint and enjoy a coffee on the patio — it’s lovely! — and save the bike vacation starting point for a different spot.

Forever grateful for the hospitality of this place: we arrived at 3 am and were welcomed with very nice and friendly staff. This place offers everything you need after a long travel, comfortable working place, a terrace and even a billiard :-) It was a pleasure to find such a warm place after very long road.

Since we arrived, the staff was really friendly and responded efficiently to all our inquiries. The rooms were clean and nice, there's a locker for every bed so your personal belongings will always be kept safe; there are many common areas where you can chill and chat with other people and even a kitchen with everything you need, all in good condition. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

The rooms were comfy enough. The bathrooms were ok but there was too little shower space for bathing and getting dressed in the same area.
The rest of the hostel looked well equipped and with many facilities to enjoy.

Sadly, my experience at the hostel was not nice. The hostel is overpriced for the service they offer, and especially if you take the state of the rooms, bathrooms, etc. into account - not well kept at all. Staff is not very friendly, either.

Also, they make you pay to leave your luggage in the storage room, which I had never come across. Would not recommend it. The location is however not bad.
