We had an exceptional stay at the Summum Boutique Hotel Palma. The hotel is simply stunning, offering a refined and peaceful atmosphere. Our stay in the Parietti suite was incredible — spacious, stylish, tastefully decorated, and with every detail thoughtfully considered for our comfort.

The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, always attentive and ready to meet our needs. A special mention goes to Laura, who welcomed us warmly and provided excellent recommendations. Her professionalism, smile, and constant good mood truly made our stay memorable.

The option to privatize the spa and the rooftop is a real plus, offering a truly exceptional and intimate experience. Kudos to the entire team for their impeccable service. We will definitely return!

My husband and I stayed at Summum hotel on our visit to Palma, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Lorena with a smile and a genuine sense of hospitality, that made us feel right at home.

The property itself is a stunning piece of history. The architecture is beautifully preserved, showcasing intricate details that reflect its storied past (built circa 1870). The common areas are adorned with tasteful decor that offers a charming blend of historical nostalgia and modern comfort.

We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the inviting club lounge, where we could soak in the atmosphere of this magnificent building.
Our room was equally impressive—spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with modern amenities, while retaining its historical detail and elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, after a long day of exploring.

The location of Summum Hotel is a major plus. Nestled on a quiet street, but still with the vibrant old town, it offers easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect base for any traveler.

Exceptional! Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, very comfortable room with comfortable bed, lovely shower, spacious and good temperature control, safe, mini bar and TV.  The hotel staff were all amazing from the moment we arrived - super friendly, smiley, helpful - and made us feel as if we were the only guests there even though the hotel was full. I would definitely recommend!

Hotel location is perfect.
I’m typing this review because the staff were extremely incredible, sweet, kind and so helpful and supportive! Laura helped me A lot! She have done lots of other things that any receptionist wouldn’t do! for ex: i came back to the hotel late and asked to have a full bed instead of 2 separates and she didn’t hesitate for a minute to come her self and do it!
Thanks a lot to the hotel staff that made this hotel experience 100x better
