An absolutely beautiful hotel with every detail thoughtfully designed. The rooftop bar offers stunning views and is perfect even on windy days. The staff is exceptional—professional, friendly, and attentive. Without us mentioning my wife’s birthday, they noticed from the check-in and made it unforgettable with a surprise cake, candle, and handwritten card. Apologies for not remembering the names, but special thanks to the ginger-haired lady and the gentleman who checked us in on Dec 8th—both were extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at Calatrava Mediterranean Sea House in Palma, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The service was impeccable, and the staff were so warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully designed rooms to the delicious breakfast, truly exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated how accommodating and friendly everyone was, which made our stay even more memorable.

Such a wonderful and romantic boutique hotel. The room was stunning, the view from the roof was beautiful and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. It’s in a good location especially if you want to drive to the different beaches on the island each day. We parked in the public parking garage outside of the cathedral which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and easy to zip off from. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delightful. I would definitely come back!

We chose Calatrava Hotel for its spacious rooms, elegant interior design, intimate ambiance, and the promise of stunning sea views from the rooftop. Our experience not only met but exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional hospitality. The entire staff, including the front desk and the chef, were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. Special shout-outs go to Sara, Monica, the chef, and the rest of the staff team for their outstanding service. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and received a thoughtful greeting card and room upgrade in celebration of our honeymoon.

The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. They provided excellent recommendations for local cuisine, assisted us with car rentals, and proactively offered to arrange a taxi for our departure to the airport.

The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and style, with meticulous attention to detail that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend Calatrava Hotel for anyone planning to stay in Mallorca. We will definitely return for another visit.

Amazing atmosphere, wonderfull breakfast. High class service. Nice private spa with jacuzzi. But no pool at the roof top bar.
