This was by far my best dining experience, EVER. We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday celebration.  the staff / waiters were fluent in English and brought us on a journey with the menu. The tasting menu is fantastic. We both were so full, couldn’t even finish the dessert so we brought it was takeaway.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone coming to Ibiza. I’m looking forward to dining with them again next time I’m in town

I literally left the restaurant crying tears of joy. As a woman who’s been through a lot in life, AND has weird food intolerances/allergies, dining here was one of the best experiences in my life. At some point in life you start to think “why do I work so hard? When am I going to enjoy life?” So after some health issues, I decided I was going to enjoy life, and that’s what brought me to Ibiza and to La Gaia. I also have weird food intolerances/allergies, which I communicated in advance. I was nervous that my food intolerances/allergies would be an issue. And the staff made me feel safe and at home from the moment I arrived to the moment we left. They adjusted the menu for me and still had each food item be spectacular and delicious. And not once did I feel like they made me wrong or awkward for the accommodations they made for me. (Which is truly opposite for when I’ve eaten at other Michelin starred restaurants). Thank you Amir. Thank you Andres. Thank you Jonathon. Thank you Andrea. Thank you the other guy in the gray suit whose name I can’t remember at the moment. Thank you staff who’s from Portugal and recomended us locations in Portugal. And thank you to the chef for accommodating for how I eat and still making it a spectacular experience. Thank you to the hostess. Thank you all the staff that made this such an exceptional experience. My eyes are tearing up again as I’m writing this. You really made this a memorable experience. And I so do very much appreciate it. 99% of the world doesn’t  know what excellence means, however every single person at La Gaia practices excellence as if it’s a way of life. Thank you.

My husband and I have eaten in many Michelin starred restaurants all around the world, but La Gaia was truly an exceptional experience! We cane to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday and the food was really outstanding, we even got to see Chef Molina himself in action which was amazing. But the thing that took our experience to the next level was their service, everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. We have to give a particular shout out to Amir and Alberto who guided us through our menu, absolute superstars! We had the most amazing night celebrating and we will absolutely be making this an annual visit!

Absolutely delicious! This review is far overdue!! We ate here a year ago and now that we are back in Ibiza on vacation, I realize a review is necessary! This restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. Very unique dining experience with fabulous food. Loved the tasting menu and the wine pairings. Highly recommend!!

Perfection. Worthy of 2 more Michelin stars. Each bite was so thoughtfully put together it was impossible to pick a favorite. Literally the best service I’ve ever had. Every member of the staff is trained, courteous, and personable - they truly make you feel at home. Not to mention what an impeccable experience for the price! 10/10 recommend
