Beautiful hotel nestled in the mountains in Mallorca! Outstanding service, amazing food. Having a two Michelin star restaurant on the premises was definitely a plus, but the other restaurants have great food as well. We rented a car and drove around the island. Everything is about an hour or so away from the resort, but easy to navigate. The place feels idyllic, almost like something out of a fairytale.

I recently stayed at Cap Vermell Mallorca and had an exceptional experience. The service was outstanding, and the hotel restaurants offered delicious meals with a great variety of options. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect.

However, I felt that the pool was a bit small and could be larger to accommodate more guests comfortably. Despite this, everything else was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

Incredible luxury hotel in Mallorca. Rooms are gorgeous and the details are very well thought out. Food was also surprisingly really good - breakfast was fantastic and all the restaurants were superb. Staff service was wonderful and super nice of them to upgrade our room. Honestly one of my best hotel experiences.

Beautiful location, but service can’t be worse. I actually thought they go out of their way to disappoint you! If you you, please go with zero expectations for service. I had requested a particular room and I was assured a few times over the phone and via email that my request was taken care of. Upon arrival, I was completely dismissed and somehow they found a way to unsent the confirmation email they had sent me about my request. We arrived at 9 am and our room was not ready until 7 pm and they came up with a bunch of lies regarding the reason, turns out they had it rented out to someone else for the day. And no one seemed to care about how wrong any of that was. I am not sure how they got their 5 stars, but if you have traveled any, you would give it more than 2!

Stunning resort! It was perfect that we had booked our last three nights in Mallorca at Cap Vermell. It was time to unwind and relax after 6 days of being busy exploring the island. Our room was lovely with a beautiful garden view terrace. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice getting complimentary water and sodas daily. The resort didn't seem very busy during our stay and it was quite quiet and peaceful. Before our visit, I had made reservations at Roka and Voro. Wonderful service and food. The view at Roka was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed all the restaurants and loved having different options. We used the spa twice for a one-hour massage and it was very relaxing in a spacious room with a terrace. Afterward, we drank hot tea and sat outside for more relaxation. The only complaint is that the room service food was a hit or miss and quite expensive for the quality and size. Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again if we come back to Mallorca!
