This family owned hotel resort has to be one of  the most elegant and unique places that we've encountered . The bus is easy to catch into town. The car rental across the street is good value. The tunnels and elevators in the hotel need to be learned. The breakfast is perfect. Two pools and the private beach are glorious.

My recent stay at Hotel Bon Sol in Mallorca was overall quite disappointing, particularly considering the price paid. Here are my thoughts:

**Accommodation and Service:**
- The hotel itself feels a bit dated and is in need of a refresh. For a hotel of this calibre, I expected better service, such as assistance with bags to and from the room, concierge recommendation and other basic services, which was not provided.

**Breakfast Experience:**
- The breakfast experience was frustrating. Each morning, there was a long queue, sometimes up to 30 minutes, just to get eggs cooked. This wait made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. I suggest implementing a system where staff take and deliver orders to improve the overall guest experience.

**Pool and Leisure Areas:**
- The lack of available staff around the pool and leisure areas was noticeable. There was only ever one bartender at the pool bar, leading to slow service and long waits. Ideally, guests should be served more quickly, and staff should be more proactive in offering to take orders and deliver drinks and snacks poolside.

**Value for Money:**
- In my opinion, the stay was not worth the money. The issues with service and facilities significantly detracted from the experience and natural beauty of the property.

**Positive Notes:**
- On a positive note, the staff who were working were friendly and helpful. Additionally, it was a nice touch to have food provided for our late check-in.

In summary, while there were some positive aspects, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for the price paid. Improvements in service and facilities are needed to provide better value for money.

highly highly highly recommend this gem of a hotel. It has very interesting architecture that tiers up the coastline, multiple pools and dining spots (+bars) plus a quaint beach with plenty of lounge chairs. We had a beautiful room overlooking the ocean. Everything was perfect. I would 100% book again and stay for longer!! Thank you Bon Sol.

I am a single parent who prefers wholesome places with fantastic service and natural settings. Hotel Bon Sol is the best place on Earth!!! We visited randomly a few years back and now every summer my son insists we got to Bon Sol...which I am more than happy to oblige. Family run, personal service, no corporate gimmicks. Pure class and they ensure every guest is totally satisfied. Noteworthy: Bon sol has an emphasis on live music; every evening dining is accompanied by violin, piano or guitar, later in the bar you wil find singers, saxophone and more. 🎶🎼🎵 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!💯🥁☀️

This is a lovely and deceptively large family run hotel which fits the bill for a family holiday of every shale, size and generation. The junior suites are impressive if slightly dated but the service, staff and food are first class. The only minor bugbear is the dining room in the main hotel which has, to our mind, a dark and depressing design and theme. But eating by the beach every night was lovely. Can highly recommend.
