Absolutely not recommended, they rip you off with the bill. The restaurant made a mistake when typing the amount on the pin machine. Because of this we gave 100 euros extra tip than we would have liked.

I immediately sent an email half an hour after departure, clearly explaining what had happened with the payment.

After not receiving any response I called and had to wait again for a response by email. Then we are accused of giving 0 euro tip and our complaint is not taken seriously at all.

Ridiculous service, really bad. It is a lot of money that you pay for the food and in this way the evening that should have been very special for us is completely ruined. I hope you are happy with the way you treat customers. We will not come back. We had a very bad experience with you.

Came here for dinner. Second time now and honestly it’s my favourite spot on the island ! The atmosphere and vibe was incredible .. gorgeous decor, food, people . 10/10 in every aspect .
By all means not cheap . We ate 2 couples and my part of the bill was 1200€ but I have to say it was worth every bit ! Trust me go to this restaurant! With your girl or with your boys . It’s the best

Reservations are essential here, I came here for dinner and let me warn you—this place is for carnivores. If you're not a meat lover, it's best to stay away. I won’t go into detail about the starters since they weren’t the highlight of the meal. However, we ordered the Japanese Wagyu Fillet Steak, and it truly deserves a 5-star rating. That said, the price was steep and didn’t seem fully justified. If you’re on a budget in Ibiza, it’s better to avoid this spot.

Came here for dinner last night and had a fantastic time.
View was beautiful, service fantastic and very attentive to my gluten and nut allergy (thank you!)

We had 800g ribeye, 3 sides, 2 cocktails and was a perfect amount :)

Fantastic view of the old town.

The restaurant and hotel are both highly recommended. I have been to the restaurant multiple times for both work and personal outings and I can confidently say that Casa Maca has to be one of, if not the best restaurant I have been to (and I frequent many restaurants globally due to the nature of my work).

The view from both restaurant and hotel overlooking Ibiza Old Town gives you the feeling of being taken away from the hustle and bustle and gives you that relaxing feeling which is exactly what we wanted when coming to Casa Maca.
