We highly recommend eating at Palmito. Each meal that we had here was great and the staff were wonderful. We had 2 dinners here and ate breakfast every day. The staff go out of their way to assist where they can. I can recommend the duck rice. Make sure you sit outside and watch the sunset

Lovely views of the pool and mountain. Excellent service. Great selection of food.

Delicious food, in a wonderfully Andalusian atmosphere, overlooking the hotel’s swimming pool and the golf course. The menu varies depending on the time of the day, with lighter options for lunch (proper dishes also on the menu) and a great choice of meats, fish and vegetarian dishes for dinner. Staff is attentive and the service is what you can expect of a 5* resort - always spot on without being too stiff or servile.

Set in a beautiful 5 star hotel with stunning grounds and interiors. Restaurant was very quiet and was Friday night. Food was very good but not outstanding and seemed there was too many staff for the amount of customers. Certainly worth a visit but not sure if I would go back

Service, food and ambiance makes Palmito a relaxed top notch experience. Sandra and Virginia’s recommendations were spot on. The view from the terrace is amazing.
