Hotel is dated in places - our room in particular Our room was also very basically furnished. Also although plenty loungers, again , a lot were very dated, torn in places.  Great selection of food at all meals and plentiful.

Good pool areas but the main large pool does not have signs showing the depth at the deep end and it is very deep.

Entertainment wasn't great.

The hotel has a free bus service to the beach. The beach is a good 30 min walk downhill.

All the staff were lovely, very helpful.

This is our second time staying here and I have to say it's a great hotel to bring the family, our grandchildren love the pools and the food the hotel provide. It's not far from the airport by taxi. You can get the hotel free bus into the town and there's a train station nearby that also takes you into town. The staff are incredibly helpful from checking in to Imad and Valentina on the restaurant front of house duties. All the restaurant staff are very helpful and the food is varied. We go all inclusive as it's easier... in fact we've booked for next year.  Family rooms are great with views over the pools and sea or mountains. Very clean, housekeeping is very clean.

Spacious modern room with comfy bed.
Lots of food choice and nice restaurant.
Location a long distance to the sea but close to the centre.
Lovely grounds.
Too many kids in adults (bigger) pool so not really for adults more for families.

Be great if half board you could choose lunch or dinner for that day and it gets marked off your card.
Some days it would have been nice having lunch then going to the centre or the beach front for the rest of the afternoon and evening.
Because you could only have dinner you ended up back at the hotel on the night so we only went out once so spoilt it a bit for us as kids entertainment is not for us.

We had a lovely 5 night stay here at the start of October. We were really impressed with everything. Rooms were big and balcony had a view over the pools. 3 pools in total. Pool bar was good with self serve beer and soft drinks. Location is a bit back from the front but complimentary bus is available. It is a 10 mini walk from the train station which is 3 stops from Málaga airport. Food is buffet style and a bit repetitive but is of good quality and always something there to your liking. we would recommend 100%.

Had an all-inclusive holiday with my family for 10 days here. The food was okay, nothing was very impressive, I did like omelette station, though. Drinks weren't the best. All alcoholic cocktails were served from machines and tasted horrible. We did like slushy at the pool bar, though. Lifts in the hotel are very small, we could barely fit one suitcase, stroller and 2 adults in one. Entertainment for kids was good, but for adults quite boring, and they repeat the same thing every week. Room service wasn't done every day, and sometimes they took your blankets and didn't give new ones, so all you had was a sheet. We rented the car, but didn't realise that the hotel is charging €8 per day to park the car in the sandy car park. Location was alright though, could travel easily to everywhere and it's close to airport. Overall, I wouldn't return to this hotel.
